Hello everyone, I'd like to know if you guys know whether an MP3 player that can sort audio by genre even exists on android. I've tried multiple but still couldn't fine one that could satisfy these simple needs.
1. Imports (and reads) m3u8 playlists.
2. Can import songs (over 4k) fast.
3. Can search built-in tags using custom filters.
Ex: On foobar2k I can search "genre HAS Favs", that'll display every single song where one of the tags is "Favs", or I can do "genre HAS favs AND NOT genre HAS Headphones" to display all songs with the "Favs" tag that ALSO do not contain the "Headphones" tag.
This is the most important feature I want, which is even a difficult thing to find on desktop programs but I really need it.

My particular reason for getting a separate camera was all good phones having an ultra-wide lens equivalent over the main camera, which I strongly dislike. In daytime and portrait shots it makes my relatively recent flagship look like a toy.
I'm not bashing phone cameras, they have their uses and I still use mine a lot, albeit I switched to shooting JPEG+RAW nowadays. A phone is very quick to take a shot out of the pocket, which is great when speed is of the essence and using a proper camera in low-light/nighttime situations provides a new appreciation for algorithm magic phones use to handle those shots.

It's far from parity in image quality, but essentially you have the equivalent of a camera body and three-four lenses, plus genuinely superb video capabilities, in something you always have on you. People are much more willing to accept a $1000+ priceetag when they think they get an all-in-one package for that. A decent cheap phone + a decent starting camera kit will cost more in total.
As to why people care about the camera quality on a phone so much, it's because it's honestly the main distinction between phones these days, as performance, capabilities, even Android or iOS are all pretty much irrelevant in everyday use.
Phone manufacturers know this so they lean heavily into that when marketing their devices.

Vivo X100 Pro owner here - quick review if anyone's interested.

I've got 16/512GB version for €803 (around $875) and have been using it for about 4 months. I'm happy to say that it didn't dissapoint me in any way. I bought it mainly for cameras as I've been enjoying mobile photography for a while but never had "proper" camera phone, until now. In my opinion, it definetly lives up to the hype. Taking photos with it is a pure pleasure, especially the macro shots I enjoy most.

In terms of software, I was worried it will be unpolished Chinese blob, but I got pleasantly surprised. It's smooth, polished and overall just nice and stable. There are few things I could nitpick such as more or less aggressive applications notification management or forcing you to use its default launcher (you can get around it), but once you set things up, you basically forget about these. I also removed all of Chinese bloatware via ADB and installed Google Play directly from Vivo store, without any workarounds (it just werks). Sadly, I can't say anything about gaming performace as I don't play mobile games. On the side note, I managed to run local instance of LLM model using Ubuntu in Termux, which is pretty neat desu.

Battery life is more than enough for me, I usually charger it every other day (though I don't use it most of the day because of the work). Charging speed is also great thanks for the 120W charger.

Build quality is top notch, but I guess it's a standard for this price point. I also have no issues with mobile data connection, even though I'm European and it doesn't support B20 band.

Overall, it's a great cameraphone, especially now, when it's cheaper because of the X100 Ultra premiere. If anyone has any questions about this phone, I'll try to answer them!

I enjoy shooting black/white thanks to dedicated filter called "Xiao Quan", pic rel is the one I like. 50MP is a mixed bag; it can yield more detail but usually at the cost of noise and oversaturated photos. Also, the 50MP is separate mode which you can use only by going to the "More" tab, which is annoying and I honestly forget about it existing.

Zeiss Natural is the one mode I prefer, though in low-light conditions it tend to make colors completely lifeless and I usually use Vibrant mode to shoot in dark lit rooms and such. Otherwise, it's my go-to. Vibrant is pretty well-balanced considering other manufacturers tuning, but usually a bit over the top for my liking (I prefer to stick to more authentic look).
