It also could be the dust cover being loose or the latch being loose. Unlike the AK, the SKS relies on the dust cover being all the way on for the recoil spring to push back on. My dust cover latch was broken and it wouldn't feed rounds after one or two shots. I bought a new latch

Hey homos it's been a while. Took off nonvented wood handguards, plum pistol grip, and triangle folder from the krink n switched back to og arsenal furniture to see how it feels. Want to throw an optic on it now, have an extra rmr laying around. I also have an extra surefire, now that I think about it, that could pair nicely with it as well. Mount/rail recommendations? It's a slr106u so no side rail unfortunately for optics.
