Something interesting to chew onWhile thinking about sparking on the silencerco omega .300 I decided to pop the titanium flat endcap off the thing. In pic rel, the 3rd photo shows a very interesting wear pattern that aligns perfectly with how the endcap was clocked in relation to the baffle clips. In photos #1 and #2 you can also see the clip direction has started to wear pretty significantly (photo 2) and is much thinner than the non clip side of the cap (photo 1). Not only am I about to have the endcap erode through on this suppressor but this is big hmm for overbored suppressors and ti caps. It seems that on fast small calibers (5.56) you will be pushing a significant amount of pressure through that overbore difference between baffle diam and endcap diam. It probably also means that the .30cal endcap is likely to result in less sparking despite an inferior tone/spl since less of that baffle overbore is aligned with the endcap. Also if you have an overbored can with a ti endcap that cant be replaced youre probably in trouble kek.

Rex Silentium MG7K is 1.70" OD, length is around 5.5" or so, 11.3oz or so no mount, hub thread.Liberty Precision Machine Anthem K2 and Duty 5.56 are 1.75" OD, 11.8oz or so, and 5.1-5.5" OAL no mount, hub compatible. Abel Company Biscuit S and Biscuit S 5.56 are Length: 4.70" (mounting adapter not included)Diameter: 1.80" - 1.85"Weight: 13.2oz (mounting adapter not included)And 4.9" respectively. Tried to zero my slickside 20" today, I got what I thought was a good zero but the hotter the barrel got my POI drifted left and I kept adjusting right and eventually maxed out the rear sight. I always tend to shoot slightly left bias but I'm stuck at 2" from center at 25y which is 8moa. Not acceptable.I think I will just do nothing about it, don't really care. It's just going to be a rifle that shoots 8 inches left.
