I went from 208 lbs down to 189 lbs since October. I just looked at the pic I took right before I started and it's actually insane how much fatter 20 lbs looks. Based on weight, height and activity level my daily caloric needs are around 2700. I feel much more pretty but I am saddened by my decreased performance at the gym.
