Its one of sci-fi's greatest sneak disses on feminism and feminized men.
>an emotional female calls for a superior race of beings to come conquer earth "for our own good"
>a feminized humanity hands the most important job in the solar system to a woman, because we have pretty men now
>said female is handed the most important job to keep humanity's enemy at bay and she fails within 10 minutes of having the job. a man held the same job before her for 50 years and forgot how to talk because he took his job so seriously
>that same woman takes back control of her company from a more than capable man so that he wouldn't work on a tech that could save most of humanity
>said woman then is saved by the same tech she tried to stifle and gets to be counted as one of the last representatives of humanity
>a simp who just happened to accidently get stuck with her at the end of the world tries to let her off the hook for her failures. at least we can farm and fuck comfortably in our own universe for the next 10 years amirite!
Women and simps will be the downfall of humanity just wait and see.

nobody cares about Epstein because he liked cunny.

Anyone with an actual brain cares about the case because of what we can learn about the core intelligence operations undertaken by a certain ethnic mafia with its own nation state that's long been accused of holding an incredible amount of influence over our government (often to the detriment of its people).

tldr; it's not about the blackmail, it's about the ring.

As a film fan, I've always loved Gandalf as a character, but ever since I began reading the LOTR a little over a month ago, my admiration for him increased substantially. Ian McKellen's performance was very faithful to the source material, and I feel like it's emblematic of PJ's stance towards it (excluding Tom Bombadil's or Glorfindel's absence).

Which begs the question, what do the diehard book fans take issue with in the film adaptations? Christopher Tolkien's words about Peter Jackson's work are very jarring to hear, considering the films' colossal success.

Seems like you're telling on yourself. I write to subtly educate my reader about my worldviews. Very few people like reading textbooks, or they don't approach the subject because they think it's beyond their ken. So I use metaphor and story structure to teach things they otherwise wouldn't/couldn't learn. And sometimes, I just lash out at a world I can't stand.

You need to start spelling words with “w” instead of “ v” wherewer “v” appears. This is because “w” is an inherently heroic and wholesome shape, whereas “v” embodies ewerything harmful, deceitful, and willainous (note, I’m only talking about written language, I make the “v” sound as normal when speaking) Trust me, this will improwe your entire way of life.

Surprisingly Enough(NOT), Common Sense Is Overpowered in Cliché Writing Website Edition

Stubbed >>24958783

>What is /wng/ — Web Novel General?
A general for readers and authors involved or interested in the growing phenomenon of 'web novels', serialized English fiction posted to websites such as: Royal Road, Webnovel, Scribblehub, Wattpad, Archive of Our Own, Spacebattles, HFY, various personal author websites, and more

>Why read web novels?
Not for prose or tight editing or deep themes, frankly. As a whole, web novels are infamous for content sprawl and pacing issues. If you enjoy having millions of words to sink your teeth into to get to know the world and characters, though, you may be interested. Keeping up with other readers on a weekly basis to discuss the story's events unfolding is another perk, in the same way discussing an ongoing TV show might be.

>Why write web novels?
Ease of access & potential for Patreon earnings. Many successful authors gain an audience on their website of choice and funnel their readers into a Patreon. See graphtreon.com/top-patreon-creators/writing for an idea of what some are earning.
Also, once an author has earned a fanbase, transitioning into an Amazon self-publishing career is several orders of magnitude easier than starting 'dry'.

keine Ursache ("no need for it" in colloquial speech similar to "you are welcome")
more formal would be

Close third person narrator gets into the subjective head of the protagonist as I understand it. Its very disciplined.
You yank the camera almost claustrophobic into the perspective of your character. Requires allot of discipline
and I did and do some errors occasional. It can turn unreliable or metaphoric because it is the perspective of that one person in that world.

I copied it into my text editor, and decided it was more or less fine the way it is. I just realized something else. You are not translating every post. You read and write english yourself. German anon, you speak better english than the people walking around in the small town I live in. And thank you for the lesson in close third person. When I use third person, I always say that I am using omniscient third person. I use metaphor from inside the view of my MC. I now have to remember to say "no, I am using close third person".
>
if you ever visit america, you will not enjoy speaking to (most) people. They are going to seem to be idiots, in your view. (I can say that, I was born and live here. I am surrounded by troglodytes.)
>
when you get here? Remember I told you this...
"The natives emerge to greet us."
(you will think you have landed on the shores of a remote island, and the cannibals clothed in fur and bones are coming to see the "gods" stepping off the "giant canoes".)
>
godspeed, german anon.
I think I would be embarrassed to have you read what I write. you are better than I am. With the right translator doing a final edit, I think you would be a force to be reckoned with.
(that poem? Was very nice. I'm not even one that appreciates most poetry, and it was still quite... poignant)
>
German would be easier for english speakers to learn, as many of the words stand out and with a little practice, other words start popping out. My problem when I tried as a younger man to read German? Word by word goes okay, but then I see... I can;t explain it. It looks as if a whole SENTENCE has been somehow changed and compressed into one giant word that is as long as a small paragraph. I have no idea what is going on.

Online debate taught me english, as in arguing. I can switch fluid from a poetic faux sophistic register to the lowest diarrhea. Thats the most effective in winning arguments.

I sucked and failed all languages in school, understood maybe 20-30% of english at best. Speak not a word of italian and french. Had them for a year and the other two. Eventually I just ignored that I didn't understand english and read books, manga and so forth in mass. I do not even know when it clicked but inferring meaning from context and forth made my mind able to translate it eventually.

English is a hybrid you got the norman, the old english and so forth.
I can insult you in turkish, wolof, italian, german and english. Wolof only two minor curses.

If you have no reason to learn another language it is painful and hard. If you got a reason and so forth you can get proficiency.

I'm a shut in so unlikely to ever visit. Local dialects are not accessible to my ears, I can't even understand dutch or bavarian.
