Worm ones are the best. dont bother with the ones that have sleeves.3. Hot Water Bottle/Electric Blanket - The blanket is far superior but if you're poor like we were it'll be too expensive to run. If that's the case then grab yourself a decent large hot water bottle and keep it on your stomach or back. I always preferred stomach.4. Move, underrated, but movement keeps your heart rate high and gets your body generating heat. When I was little I developed a habit of doing jumping jacks as soon as I got out of bed. At least 50. It got the blood pumping enough that I wouldn't completely lose all bodyheat as soon as I changed into my school uniform but didn't make me lose heat through sweat.5 (Extra). Open your windows to let the moisture out. Sounds silly, but moisture is the fucking enemy of warmth when it's cold.There's more. But those were by far the most useful.
