rally2 is toyotawinslol as well since start of 2024, it's just that the driver and team quality is way more varied in national and continental level that it's not that apparent in championships like ERC.
But in wrc2 where every top team is top notch and drivers are more rounded in qualities, it is way more visible (not mentioning that skoda and others are all admitting they are behind toyota or people like greenshit who drove the yaris and other cars)

rally1 cars at least 33% stronger (rc2 is 295-300, rc1 is 400 or more), they have better aero and suspension as well.
RC2 has an engine with production roots(homologation rules are not public so there are pretty weird things like the fabia uses a 2l engine downsized to 1.6 and its not even used in the road going fabia but the octavia rs...)
