Posting some actual riding instead of schizo stuff. Was supposed to be 6x4min vo2max, I sent the first two a bit too hard and had some problems near the end but overall it was a nice workout. The first set was 3min40s for 485W and then down from there for the later ones. Did 1h easy endurance before this during the baby's nap, this ride took place when the nanny came. Really can't complain right now, I had feared this parental leave would really mess with my fitness but it's been pretty nice all in all and I've managed to clock in those 13h weeks consistently.
