Everything below Bivol seems up for debate. A few years ago it seemed like we had a lot of budding elite talent from the young guys. I guess Bam is one of the few younger prospects that has actually come out of it without getting exposed or embarrassing himself completely, unlikely say Teofimo or Ryan, Hiney too. Nakatani seems good, and 75% KO ratio is pretty high for a bantamweight, but is Maloney really the best guy he's beaten? I can't say I know much about that weight class. Then you got the guys like Shakur and Tank who are just outside of it but are lacking the big signature win. I'd put Tank slightly ahead of Stevenson. Loma is interesting, he deserves some credit. Opetaia seems promising but I'm not so sure about him. But really there's not many other names you can insert there asides from maybe Matias or Navarrete, who are questionable in their own right. Need more guys to step it up, need more competitive matches with these guys.

Tank has been ducking Loma for years is the problem. Now Loma is getting ready to retire and he knows that's a very dangerous fight, but he's wanted it for a long time but "Tank aint ready".
