Often, there aren't enough players to cover the cost of those OP event materials, so smaller LGS spread the cost to all D&D players by having them all buy table space. Your thought is probably "Why don't they just not be an official spot then?" (Mine was) and that's because you have to agree to be one for X amount of time. You find out your draw is a fraction of what you expected, you still have to keep paying. It's one of those situations where it's best not to get involved with WotC in an official capacity. Games Workshop has some dumb fuck requirements too which is why small stores that start doing WH stuff might have heaps of shit they can't unload because local markets don't want to spend that much on WH stuff but they have to keep buying it anyway.Gameshops often do better by avoiding getting involved with WotC or GW in any official capacity if they are smaller joints. Then again, game shop owners are usually (not always) some of THE dumbest mother fuckers on the face of the planet.

If I bend the rules and let the Witch have Meta content as long as it doesn't make her stronger, I can let her take the Comfy Pocket perk. A Pocket Dimension proceeds at infinite speed as long as its user is inside of it, but freezes once they leave. Someone has to choose between either being there forever, or eventually leaving. A Witch doesn't have that limitation if she turned into a hivemind with Doll+, letting her stay both inside and outside of it. Now she gets to have infinite time inside the pocket dimension while still existing outside of the pocket dimension where she can throw more Sons inside of it. It gets even better. The infinite fractions between each second are even longer than the regular infinity of being somewhere forever, which is ℵ0, there's 2^ℵ0 of them. That's double the infinity! Every Son added to the dungeon instantly lives through more than infinite years of unholy deviantart hell instead of a few decades or centuries. It's sort of like "The Jaunt" if it were written by BTGanon instead of Stephen King. And as long as his experience inside of the timeless pocket dimension is a net positive, he's still not going to be euthanized by daddy no matter how much humiliation and mutilation he goes through. The comfy pocket dimension is now a utility monster, every soul thrown into the pocket gets to have an infinitely long stay inside of the Sanctum where they will be safe from all the bad and evil things inside of normal time.
