And Bushi just keeps rehashing a lot of the same themes from past series like "Vanguard is actually fun" and exploring it through character's trauma except for the fact we already have a lot of characters from past series with similar arcs so most of these new characters don't feel fresh. And all of the foreshadowing for the serious plot feels half baked like they just kept adding stuff as they went on. Like a lot of divinez s2 and PC. Or they wasted time on fluff like deluxe when they know they have clearly limited episode counts. I think they've run out of ideas and this potential year and a half off bc of the remaster should be good to get some new ideas in the room.

Kinda, but also no. The game is just starting out, and we only have a handful of unit types available. It's better to buy one starter set to split, play with it at the 1000pts level, and then slowly grow your collection as more units are released.
