I'm not sure which one it was supposed to be closer to. How fast is he supposed to be at max speed?His goals in that fight, and keeping to them, was definitely a plus and highlights the difference of his duties versus those of a normal hero.A speedster being always late is an interesting gimmick, and rather appropriate given his perception of time is probably skewed overall.
