>>94731499Now that we've had our first Servant vs Servant battle, what are some of the other fights you are looking forward to? I think Chen Rong/Maitreya or Hassan/Wayland would be cool. Seeing the Death Perception Trio go at it could be interesting too.
>>94732407I'd love to see Wayland vs Davies, with Davies using his retrocognition and Dead Count to transform into the actual heroes/makers of the weapons Wayland pulls out. She would have such a breakdown over being a fraud, like a reverse Gil vs Shirou.

In reality, she's more of a pessimist that only got into the hero class due to the low enrollment forcing the school to combine the remaining students together. For some with a supporter-oriented quirk, going from the regular program to the hero program may seem like a nightmare scenario, but for her, it's a second chance for her to go for that dream she thought she lost during the entrance exam. She's trying to be more outgoing, more of a person that can be an inspiration to her classmates even if she easily folds over every awkward moment, because that's what a hero is supposed to be in her eyes.>Quirk DescriptionIchigo's quirk is called [Shadow Clone]. It's a simple quirk that allows her to create a weaker, mirrored copy of something she's very familiar with, replicating its properties based on her understanding of the object or person. If the copy becomes too damaged, or if she becomes too distracted, it disappears in a cloud of smoke. A strange oddity of her quirk is that she always has to create clones in pairs. She can never just make one copy.More info to be added:rentry.org/SaniIchiBuild

>>94733140Oh, right. The prompt from last thread. I still have a lot of catching up to do.Ichigo doesn't have a lot of confidence in art, but Sumi-e painting should be simple enough. She tries to paint one of the cats she saw on the way to school on a plain white background. Making it more high contrast and focusing more on the overall shape so that Jade could see it better. She's not really the type to try and take advantage of anyone, especially when it could involve her grades. More of the opposite, actually. She'd be constantly asking the teacher about how to start and what to do, that she'd probably start the painting process well into the class.>Sanizawa-kunI guess she does look a bit boyish, but the twintails should've tipped jade off to her being a girl. For one, having a humanoid circulatory system with his body plan makes oxygen deprivation a joke, with him being able to sneak around in the most cramped and ill-ventilated places with ease. His incisors have been trained to chew through nearly anything, save several-inch thick metal plating and quirk-enhanced materials. He can also burrow just as easily as walking, though the potential infrastructural damage he can cause mostly just leads to him sneaking around more conventionally. The downsides? He’s a 3.5ft tall version of quite possibly the ugliest thing on earth. As well-groomed as he is, he’s still not exactly a handsome fella to say the very least. >>94734080not even debatable, we have been playing worse garbage for almost 2 years
>>94734088kek, true
>>94734080It's not even a quality thing. Everyone being soul-devouring necromancer gods isn't great for build diversity. Companions are useless to us. Worldwide (or worse multiversal) settings are another common complaint, as is being too powerful. It's a really single player oriented setting that happened to have an mp option tossed in.
>>94734116>isn't great for build diversityWe tried that horror MP, remember?>Companions are useless to usWe did JRPG Traitor twice, remember?>Worldwide (or worse multiversal) settings are another common complaint, as is being too powerfulI don't think this has ever actually been something that killed or prevented any MP ever, this is just a meme that gets said around here from time to time.
>>94732722>ChristopherSomewhat stressed.
>>94734171>We tried that horror MP, remember? It flopped. Really, really badly.>We did JRPG Traitor twice, remember? And the first one flopped really badly and the second one didn't do much better. (Potion Pete was kinda funny however).>I don't think this has ever actually been something that killed or prevented any MP everOn it's own, probably not. Any one bad thing about a setting isn't enough to kill an mp. If it was the only thing about it that was bad for mp it'd be a different story.Just as well, when was the last time we got any kind of plot rolling on a really large scale setting like that? I guess Fairy Tail had a large scale, but it ended before the guilds could start interacting which is evidence to large scales being bad. Maybe Xenon? I wasn't in that mp. Did it do well?
>>94734248>It flopped. Really, really badly.True. However, what a lack of build diversity does prevents builds from being made. Builds WERE made. A lack of build diversity doesn't really change things as much when an MP starts rolling.>And the first one flopped really badly and the second one didn't do much better.Meh, they were both mild successes. Less successful than something like Chunin Naruto but more than something like the current or last Overlord runs.>If it was the only thing about it that was bad for mp it'd be a different story. But does it even make things "bad" for an MP? There doesn't seem to be much proof either way.>Just as well, when was the last time we got any kind of plot rolling on a really large scale setting like that? I guess Fairy Tail had a large scale, but it ended before the guilds could start interacting which is evidence to large scales being bad. Maybe Xenon? I wasn't in that mp. Did it do well?Neither of those had large scales. Both are relegated to a single city from what I recall. Arguably, the largest scales of MPs we've had is our biggest success MHA, which has had intercontinental happenings and travel. The only other settings with large scales I can recall that we actually tried are possibly Naruto.
>>94734281HOTW
>>94734281>True. However, what a lack of build diversity does prevents builds from being made. Not really, it just means that you end up with a lot of overlap between builds. If you wanted to prove that the horror CYOA didn't have build diversity issues, you'd also need to make the claim that the majority of the builds were unique compared to the rest of the cast. You're right that I didn't catch why you brought that mp up however. If we're talking about build diversity, then my issue with that argument is that it's not a great parallel to Entropist. The Horror CYOA ensured that everyone had similar threats to deal with, but their backgrounds and the root of their methods could vary. Entropist locks you into being a certain kind of build from the start (a necromancer that needs to harvest souls on a large scale to function well.) That'd be like if the horror CYOA locked everyone into being glowies with anti-eldritch government tech or something.>Meh, they were both mild successes.I'd just say the overlord runs were also all really bad flops, but looking back through the archives I'm willing to agree that the second JRPG run was a mild success. Either way, if this is evidence that companions aren't useless for an mp I'd like to point out that the companions were ignored entirely.>There doesn't seem to be much proof either way.Lets back up a moment then. What constitutes proof to you?>The only other settings with large scales I can recall that we actually tried are possibly Naruto.MHA only barely escaped the city sized setting a few times, all after it'd lived for a very long time. It's not getting counted as a large scale setting. Naruto depends on the run. Some were locked to Konoha. Warlord Naruto wasn't, but it didn't do very well.>>94734292HOTW was a pretty successful, but even then it had issues. The mutant army in the jungles never escaped the jungle for example. To me it felt like it petered out before anyone could leave their starting region.
>>94734386>Entropist locks you into being a certain kind of build from the startWe've had MPs do this before, as well. This is mostly a backdrop of the world; we've had everyone backed up into similar rolls before, such as Facility (staff or escapee with psychic powers) and it mostly just boils down to "does your build play nice with others or not?"I really don't think this changes anything, as builds would still have their own view on the soul devouring thing. Again, backgrounds and the roots of why they do such a thing could vary.>Either way, if this is evidence that companions aren't useless for an mp I'd like to point out that the companions were ignored entirely.Yes, which is what we would do in a hypothetical Entropist run. We hate companions here.>What constitutes proof to you?On the subject of high power MPs: being played at all. The highest power we've ever seen here seem to be KTH and that civ builder which doesn't even include real builds. On the subject of "high power is bad for multiplayer", we literally haven't done enough high power settings to even see if this is true or not.>It's not getting counted as a large scale settingWell, what would you count as a large scale setting, then? Considering you had both Fairy Tail and PCX as such, I'm wondering what you mean by it.>Naruto depends on the runAgain, what counts as a large scale setting to you?I'd personally say a large scale setting is any where events from a far away distance matter to other places, and builds can and do travel such large distances. In that matter, I'd say many Naruto runs and MHA ended up as large scale settings.
>>94734459>On the subject of high power MPs: being played at all.On a second thought, and to make myself more clear, I'd extend this to worldwide settings as well. "Multiversal" settings haven't been done at all before from what I remember.
>>94733334>>94733465Seems like I did okay at getting her silliness across.>>94733479Nothing too concrete rn, but was thinking they could try taking some spiders hostage or doing something like crafting a more complicated curse using the blood she yoinked while fleeing that'd to into effect unless they kept within a certain difference until the destroyed the curses' focus. The main idea being to create a situation where either Hassan/William are temporarily incapable of running or doing so immediately would have some kind of consequence. To make it more generally applicable I guess the latter attaches the curse to it thinks is similar enough because of William's connection stuff making it a universal donor.
>>94734526Ah ok then.I was thinking that if it was possible for another build to trigger it it could possibly be interesting for the Herald to trigger it in a revenge attempt by accident as a way to make things chaotic (this is a grail war, after all). But it seems that the trap is far too specific. I'll try and think of something else for him to do after I finish my writefag with Fenrir. If it involves Guiletta and Commodus, I'll let you know.
>>94734459>We've had MPs do this before, as well. Not really. At the very least Facility isn't a good example of it. If we'd had a successful run of the Bloodmage CYOA or something that'd work better, but that's neither here nor there.Maybe I didn't communicate it well. It's not about, the word used to describe their magic powers, or the enemies they have to fight. Those are in fact the ordinary backdrop of a world and a non-issue. Entropist is an issue because no matter who they are or how they use it, they need to be a character that's willing to burn souls with every single cast. It doesn't make a diverse cast impossible to make, but it makes it harder.>Yes, which is what we would do in a hypothetical Entropist run. We hate companions here.Which means a big chunk of the CYOA would have been thrown out the window. Like anything else, it's a drawback that can be overcome if the rest of the CYOA is well suited to mp, but I don't believe that's the case. Same applies to everything else.>On the subject of high power MPs: being played at all. If your claim is that we've never tried one, then maybe just don't agree on what high power is or something. Even for KtH, the disciple focused run was unironically more successful making it just further evidence against high power or large scale settings.>Well, what would you count as a large scale setting, then? The barrier to character interaction presented by distance between characters in the setting, is what I refer to when I call a large scale setting bad. If you add a one-off tropical beach episode to a land-locked setting that takes place in a small city, it's still a small setting to me. Fairy Tail for example I thought had all the guilds in different cities, so it's a large scale setting. PCX I honestly didn't remember being in a single city. The important part isn't how far away a character can travel if they want to, but rather how far the distance normally is from the others in their default locations.
>>94734564Actually, I think it being Herald would makes the idea of a misfire more workable. There'd probably be some kind of emotional element involved in the cursing business and it latching onto the other person who rain from their fight makes enough sense to me if you wanted to try something with that.
>>94734475True, but if we struggle over a setting where everyone is in neighboring cities, then it doesn't really follow that we'd have an easy time when everyone is in different dimensions. Maybe it could be different, we'd need to try and find out. We'd need a CYOA that's likely to work first. Something where that's the most glaring issue so it stands out as the thing being tested, as opposed to something like Entropist.
>>94734676>Entropist is an issue because no matter who they are or how they use it, they need to be a character that's willing to burn souls with every single cast. It doesn't make a diverse cast impossible to make, but it makes it harder.I suppose, but only slightly. That just means you can't make a pacifist character? We don't get very many of those. I suppose it makes a "hero of justice" character harder to design? Not like its impossible.>Like anything else, it's a drawbackIs it really though?>Even for KtH, the disciple focused run was unironically more successful making it just further evidence against high power or large scale settings. This is plainly wrong. The first run had more builds, writefags, prompts, and was posted for a longer time.https://desuarchive.org/tg/thread/93016427/#q93022475vshttps://desuarchive.org/tg/thread/94283623/#q94283769>but rather how far the distance normally is from the others in their default locations. But doesn't this not apply to Entropist? The distance can be traveled extremely easily, meaning that, although the distance is lengthy, it is traveled extremely fast. Take something like MHA: for a European to travel and interact with those in Japan, and then return (which has happened I believe), they would have to factor in travel time, when they're there, and when they aren't. This is also true for something like Naruto or BTN.Entropist doesn't really have this problem. When everyone is a single portal away, even if it seems like an ocean, its closer to a pond. A setting is only as big as the time it takes to go somewhere.
>>94734721>but if we struggle over a setting where everyone is in neighboring cities, then it doesn't really follow that we'd have an easy time when everyone is in different dimensions.Do we actually struggle with that? Fairy Tail most certainly wasn't impacted by travel time; mostly just lack of interest. And again, when the travel time is non-existent, why would it be bothersome? If anything, I'd say that the lack of travel time could be an issue: "why doesn't every build show up for something they'd want to show up to?"
>>94734677Maybe. But if Hassan's/William's blood is a catalyst, or spiders are used as bait, I think it would be better for the personal impact it would actually have on the targets.I'll think of something else.
>>94734792>That just means you can't make a pacifist character? You couldn't make a pacifist. You could make someone that's innocent or naive without going for some kind of inhuman perspective where they fundamentally don't understand the human condition. You can't make a hero of justice, or any kind of character that wouldn't be willing to kill a random people on a daily basis. Even for intended evil-doers, maniacs that don't feel anything for mass murder is restrictive to me.Or rather I shouldn't say you can't make these things. It's just harder, but that's all it takes to be bad for mp. Making things harder than they need to be.>Is it really though?Yes. At the very least, mps that don't show these traits seem to be successful more often those that do.>This is plainly wrong.Probably calls back to the definition of success for an mp. I'm the anon who thinks success is measured in plot progress, of which the first run completely failed where the second run felt like it was starting to get out of that initial introductions phase. Participation count and run time aren't that important to me, but I can understand having a different opinion there.>But doesn't this not apply to Entropist? It helps, but you still run into questions like "how did this guy know the other character was in this exact part of the world, or if he didn't what are the odds he randomly bumped into him?" Which just gets further and further compounded the more characters you want to interact together. Things you can work around if needed, but that still makes it a drawback for the fact that you need to work around it. Even with teleportation, it has less accessibility compared to a single city setting, and the cause of that is because the setting's too big.>>94734798>"why doesn't every build show up for something they'd want to show up to?"Because having to come up with constant excuses to answer that makes things harder than they need to be.
>>94734865>but that's all it takes to be bad for mp.I personally feel that its quite irrelevent. Those aren't exactly popular build archetypes I'd say.>Yes. At the very least, mps that don't show these traits seem to be successful more often those that do.I'm not so sure. Discarding things from cyoas doesn't really have any affect on an MP's success rate.>I'm the anon who thinks success is measured in plot progress, of which the first run completely failed where the second run felt like it was starting to get out of that initial introductions phase.I'd argue that although neither really took off, the former still made more plot development. The first run had a few builds (all the ones that responded to a prompt I think) enter the abyss, with the plan being that they would try and go as far as they would go. The second run really didn't have anything happen, even introduction wise.
>>94734865>how did this guy know the other character was in this exact part of the world, or if he didn't what are the odds he randomly bumped into him?I mean... this isn't exactly a knock against large scale settings. Sure, in the setting the size of a living room, that could be easily seen. This is a knock against the lack of things that drive character interaction. If there were no centralized police/hero force in MHA and no alarms or detectives, you'd see the same problems. "How did Hero A come across Villain B JUST as we was doing his crime?" Any setting the size of a city, or maybe even a large enough building, would have this problem.Funnily enough, because of the speed at which Entropist builds would move through the world (making it smaller) the random chance of them interacting goes up.>Even with teleportation, it has less accessibility compared to a single city setting, and the cause of that is because the setting's too big.I don't see how this is true. Again, any setting where there isn't a driving force for builds to interact has this issue, and size is irrelevent.Let's take a hypothetical Multiversal MHA. We use the same tools they currently have. and just size them up.A multiversal news team broadcasts footage of Glorp obliterating the Blorp Nebula of Universe 2. If the heroes have multiversal travel to get to the Blorp Nebula in a timely manner, it's really not all that different from if Evil Bob took hostages at a large office and it was broadcasted live on the news.>>"why doesn't every build show up for something they'd want to show up to?">Because having to come up with constant excuses to answer that makes things harder than they need to be.Not to be rude but that was rhetorical and the issues are plainly apparent, and I mentioned that was an issue with Entropist.
>>94734945>I personally feel that its quite irrelevent. Those aren't exactly popular build archetypes I'd say.So people that like to kill people are a common thread between all popular build archetypes? I can only say that we'll have to agree to disagree.>I'm not so sure. Discarding things from cyoas doesn't really have any affect on an MP's success rate. Also can't say I agree.>The first run had a few builds enter the abyss, with the plan being that they would try and go as far as they would go.To me it felt like for the majority of those builds participating, that would have been their introduction, but I can at least see where you're coming from.>>94734953>I mean... this isn't exactly a knock against large scale settings. It is. You're right that there can be other causes for it, but that doesn't mean distance isn't one. Or rather any one thing that's bad for mp is going to be something that loops back to this issue eventually.>Funnily enough, because of the speed at which Entropist builds would move through the world (making it smaller) the random chance of them interacting goes up.Not really? Like I said. It helps, but not enough.>I don't see how this is true. Again, any setting where there isn't a driving force for builds to interact has this issue, and size is irrelevent.Because distance is one such barrier against interaction, but we don't agree on that either, so there's not much else to say there.>Let's take a hypothetical Multiversal MHA. We use the same tools they currently have. and just size them up.It'd probably go worse since you split the builds up. You could group them back up again, but then the multiversal scale would be in name only.>Not to be rude but that was rhetorical and the issues are plainly apparent, and I mentioned that was an issue with Entropist. It's fine. It didn't come off as a rhetorical question so I don't really feel anything wrong for misunderstanding you.
>>94735019>So people that like to kill people are a common thread between all popular build archetypesNot exactly what I said. Pacifists and those that absolutely abhor taking lives aren't exactly common. >Also can't say I agree.Well, based on what I've seen, I stand by my statement.>but that doesn't mean distance isn't one.Uh, distance isn't one. Distance and lack of information or speed to travel that distance is the problem.>Because distance is one such barrier against interaction,I don't see how that can be right, and you haven't really shown how that CAN be right. Distance is only a barrier after factoring in speed.>It'd probably go worse since you split the builds up. What do you mean? Even in MHA, the builds are split up. By roads and buildings.>You could group them back up again, but then the multiversal scale would be in name only. Not really? What would a multiversal scale mean to you? What prevents the hypothetical Entropist builds from grouping up? Certainly not distance: the crux of the issue is that distance doesn't really mean anything by itself.>It didn't come off as a rhetorical question...You should read more carefully next time, then.
>>94735077>Not exactly what I said. Pacifists and those that absolutely abhor taking lives aren't exactly common. True pacifists that will never take lives aren't common, but acting like that's the literal only option restricted by the setting is frankly disingenuous. There's a whole spectrum between a completely evil murderhobo and a perfectly idealistic saint. The setting doesn't lock everyone to the most extreme side of that spectrum, but it certainly makes the majority of it harder to do.>Well, based on what I've seen, I stand by my statement.Same, really. You've yet to say anything really convincing. I can agree at least to the idea that we need more mps to hone in on exactly what makes these traits bad, but you've done nothing to really show that the mps with those traits tend to perform worse.>Uh, distance isn't one. Distance and lack of information or speed to travel that distance is the problem.Distance means that speed and information become factors you're forced to account for and make excuses for. And that's an impediment to interaction.>I don't see how that can be right, and you haven't really shown how that CAN be right.I said it earlier, but alright. Every time you want builds to interact, it adds another layer of excuses you need to overcome for why that interaction made sense in the first place. >What do you mean? Even in MHA, the builds are split up. By roads and buildings.Road and buildings that if they randomly wander around, the odds of meeting up aren't that low.>What prevents the hypothetical Entropist builds from grouping up?Nothing would stop them, but if the choice is to abandon the multiversal setting and all live in a small group then it's essentially stopped being a multiversal setting.Anyway, top to bottom this is just looping around. I don't have anything new to tell you. You aren't showing me that you have anything new to say. I'm out.

>>94735222>The setting doesn't lock everyone to the most extreme side of that spectrum, but it certainly makes the majority of it harder to do.I suppose, but then again, this feels mostly irrelevent.>but you've done nothing to really show that the mps with those traits tend to perform worse. What do you mean? Why would I want to show that MPs with those traits perform worse? I think I've done a good job providing convincing counter examples and questioning your lack of examples or elaboration.>Distance means that speed and information become factors you're forced to account for and make excuses forThis is wrong. You always have to factor in speed and information, no matter what.>Every time you want builds to interact, it adds another layer of excuses you need to overcome for why that interaction made sense in the first place. But it plainly doesn't. I've provided a counter argument, and you've ignored it, simply because "you don't agree".>Road and buildings that if they randomly wander around, the odds of meeting up aren't that low.Incorrect, and a pretty horrible reason. No MP should be based around random chance, and no MP can be based around random chance. Again, you have to factor in speed.>Nothing would stop them, but if the choice is to abandon the multiversal setting and all live in a small group then it's essentially stopped being a multiversal setting. You're dodging multiple questions. Both "what makes a setting multiversal" and why large distance is an issue for Entropist if you believe nothing stops it.>I don't have anything new to tell you. You aren't showing me that you have anything new to say.Not quite. You don't have anything new to say. I've been telling you quite a bit of new things, and I ask you to elaborate constantly. Frankly, you're the only one not giving me things to work with, and when you do and I TRY to work with them, you avoid it.Anyway I win you lose suck my dick LOSER AHAHAHAHAHA

Wouldn't you want to try again?>>94733353>Updates: Added Wealthy via the Writefag Tax.I'm not sure I understand. The writefag tax doesn't work like that. We don't have a system like PMD where you automatically get rewarded for appearing in any writefags. If you write a writefag where he becomes wealthy (wins a lottery, makes, a great investment etc.), then that'd be an upgrade that's paid off with a writefag, but the scale of the effort put in should also reflect the improvement. Doing this right off the bat after the character was made doesn't feel right to me.

>>94735763Ah, alright then. I thought he took that +2xp and now wanted to add another +2 for writing.
Oof! All 80 prompts answered. That was hard.I wanted to find a costume that combined cyberpunk aesthetics and superhero bodysuit aesthetics into one image. Something that said "I'm from 10 minutes into the future and I'm here to help!" I think I found it but it might be... too much... Even after a quick edit. What do you anons think? Should I scrap it? I like the detail of having two watches, so she could take note of the current time and when she could jump to.
>>94736115Looks alright to me. Why do you think it'd be too much? And what type of costume does she have? I don't see it in her build.

Ok, working on some Dragon Ball rentry slop that we probably won't play. How should I handle stuff like Majin absorption or Babidi's magic? I'm thinking of just not including it and having it more like the games (Fighterz, Xenoverse).
>>94741215>absorptionyeah, just don't botherit would lead to Sandy tier wank>magicthat shit's lame, don't bother
>>94741215Magic is literally everywhere in DragonBall between heaven and hell and various characters like babidi. It would be like not including androids or technology. Just make it a tiered perk or something.
>>94741250How? A tiered perk that does what?
>>94741261More tier = more magic :)
>>94741215Majin player hereWe dont need absorption. We can just say that we absorbed people in the past to get our powers if we wanna run that route
>>94741261That gives you more powerful magic as you rank up.
There is absolutely zero chance that a Dragonball cyoa won't be wall to wall canonfag shitposting about power levels. That's where the term comes from.
>>94741310Thats why we suggested just getting rid of power levels entirely because they add nothing
>>94741268>>94741290NTA but you two are useless and can't be trusted.
>>94741250Just flavor your character as a wizard, ez
>>94733085There's a relationship chart in here? That's fun. Hopefully we get some more students or at least cross-grade interaction so you get to fill it out more.
>>94741310We just have it like the video games where everyone is vaguely the same strength and when they use Kaioken x20 they just get slightly stronger and deal 5% extra damage and not actually 20 times as powerful.
>>94741312You can't get rid of them, just hide them. Some fag is going to come in like "but so and so's magic spell obliterated fifteen planets and also the Earth's strongest psychic" and another guy will throw a fit for 1 and 3/4 of a thread talking about how the destructo disc barely cut off freezer's tail and could NEVER be used to counter his infinite pizza ray
>>94741215>Majin AbsorptionMake it so they can only absorb a limited number of individuals, like three people. This prevents retarded scaling, and will naturally open them to Fusion merchants coming to rape them. There's a portable console DB game that shows us you can make a six-people dance fusion, or you can get multiple guys with Potara.>MagicEither make it a tiered ability like the one proposed earlier (higher tier = unlocks more types of magic and makes it stronger), or add multiple magic perks to represent different styles. I'd prefer the latter because variety is always more interesting and your character will be able to scale all of their natural abilities anyway thanks to Power Level shit.
>>94741467Honestly fusions shouldn't be included at all
>>94741660Fusions are strong, for sure, but they can be countered by one technique from spirit control.
>>94741721>yeah just grab one technique to completely invalidate an ability otherwise you instalosethis is some Gen 2 Smogon OU shit, bad idea
>>94731499For Kai, Michele, and Wayland - what have you been doing the first few days of the war? I assume killing any lesser dangers you may run across and stopping some monsters, but anything else of note? Also, are both of them staying at the university, or some nameless chapel elsewhere in the city? Trying to gauge what kind of defenses and bounded field they may have set up, if you can describe some it would help a lot!For Kai and Michele, how do you typically interact and communicate with the Church? Visit Jowett at Oxford? And how might they react to learning they are talking with an enemy master? Jump straight to violence, or take a neutral stance as church members? Also, For Wayland, what are her ‘default’ swords? The weapons she pulls out when she doesn’t know about an opponent, and to conserve mana since she’s attached to Kai. Also, can her noble phantasm replicate Divine Constructs like Excalibur, a facsimile of them, or not at all like the original ubw?

I felt like taking a break from updating the fluff for Hifumi, so I considered crunching the numbers trying to make an update for Hailey. Since Spherethirst tapped out, I don't think he'll mind. Holy fuck is Psychokinesis expensive now. I did find a way to budget it, I think, but it is admittedly rather cheesy. Also, remembering how there was some discussion about whether Kaylee's rival is Hailey or Orochi (https://desuarchive.org/tg/thread/94701101/#94706247), I'm surprised to notice that Hailey doesn't actually have the Rival modifier.

>>94742853>If I mischaracterized anyoneWell... you kind of attributed the question I asked to not having a build and then made my build ask a question I didn't make for her. Kind of a bummer. In the prompt reply, KK/Reset asked the ditzy non-sequitur question "Mr. Tyler, how are you supposed to get ground in stains out of clothing without weakening the fabric?" but in the writefag asked the anonymous no-build question about insider trading. Her behavior was otherwise how I pictured her. I liked the over-eager hand raise.

>>94722009>>94727061Great charts. I often find these even harder/more time consuming to fill out than regular writefags, and I usually don't finish those either. So the effort is definitely appreciated. I especially liked the bios at the beginning to aid in writing them. Even if I already knew most of the information provided, these go into much more detail than what's in the build posts or the bios from the big build compilation rentry, and having all this information in one place is quite helpful.>>94742853Nice job. I liked his motivational speech at the end with the cheesy music.

>>94742096>WaylandCan't answer for the others obviously, not even sure if they're still around.>First Few DaysAs a crafter, Wayland's main downtime would be arming the priests. She's no Caster, so bounded fields are out, but she's good for a variety of magic weapons, armor, and a few support items like rings of protection against magecraft. She's more about simpler effects than the storage gloves, though she has a few tricks like bestowing NPs and cursing her weapons to maybe even the odds.I'd say in the couple of days since summoning, priority one would be getting Kai a copy of the Tarnhelm, letting the team disguise themselves and get some extra maneuverability. Making some holy and/or explosive swords would be the follow-up. I was kinda hoping Kaianon would see the weapons list and ask for something, but without a response I'd guess he'd get Misteltein (disease sword that's good with undead).I think Michele had solid sacraments, so she's probably got a holy bounded field up, maybe using some holy sword projections as anchors.>default set upI wrote this whole retardedly long list of swords for her, so I'll just reference from there. Her default weapons under low mana conditions would be Hrotti (cheap flying dagger, used in swarms), Gungnir (Gae Bolg but shittier in every conceivable way), and Angrvaðall (sword that gets stronger the more conflict there is). If she's using Gungnir, she's probably faking being Lancer-class. She'd also use the Tarnhelm for disguises and dodging, burning some mana to try and make up for stat loss.If she's pressed, she'd probably bust out an altered Gram to invoke one of it's weirder aspects, or Durandal and hope for a miracle.>Divine ConstructsYep, she's got a skill for that. However, it causes saint graph damage to do it. She only has two divine constructs, Gungnir being one of them, so it won't be too relevant.Hope you get some use out of the character, I still haven't managed to fight off the rotting ones.

Spherethirst here so ive been doing some thinkin n i think my issue w mha is that the plottiness spiraled beyond my ability to follow. n also my interest n energy etc etc. also i dont want to read any more shiketsu writefags (yet??? idk its been a year) anw there r 2 ways forward1. new build unrelated to shiketsu2. (weakly held) change the hiveminds faceclaimswhile i wait for my captcha to load im going to think abt why i stopped reading writefags. mainly its just that reading abt people fighting bores me. maybe i also got bored w the japan setting??? idk idk idk
>>94744277>2. (weakly held) change the hiveminds faceclaimsConsidering that this isn't the first iteration of the Hivemind, I've got to ask.Do you mean to change the faceclaims of the five we do have in Shiketsu? If so, then don't. It's way too late into the game for that, and my brainrot won't be able to deal with that.Or do you mean just not using them for new builds (I think for Dark City you used someone else)? If so, that's perfectly fine. It might help you switch the line-up more too, so that might be a new source of inspiration. And I remember you saying that the whole NJ situation soured you on them and led to you switching to TripleS.I don't think you can completely avoid writefags about people fighting and fully keep up with any MP, though. I can't remember one that'd really be free from that. MHA still has quite a high ratio of non-combat writefags, I believe. Also, for MHA, it's tough for builds unrelated to Shiketsu. It's so central to our MP that I can't think of any successful build with zero connections to it. Getting out of Japan for more than an arc will likely be even more difficult.
>>94743188I dont mind n yea i did forget abt the rival thing. ig atp she didnt really need the additional points from rival. frankly when i was building the hivemind none of them were exactly hurting for points. im not much of a powergamer also not too creative when it comes to powers so i just slap some shit tgt n call it a day which is why it was so funny to watch ppl arguing abt edies quirk. i barely thought abt it>>94744357I meant changing the fcs of the ones in shiketsu. ur opinion is noted. im prolly not using them for any other potential mps anywayim not really super into triples but ok cool that u remembered. little creepy but this is 4chan so no worries

>>94744376The biggest issue with her update is just how expensive the Psychokinesis is now. As she had it, without the refinements, that alone is 22 QP and 6XP. Just copying together everything (sophomore instead of a freshman, +2XP bonus, no rival, the vehicles are now a single modifier), she ended up at +4XP, -4QP.My solution to fix the budget issue is through the Versatile Quirk with negative QP cost. Cheesy as fuck, but unless I missed something, it's not illegal, and it does fix the budget.Give her a secondary ability where she "recoils" (pun intended) when struck and directs the rage at whoever hit her to mess with one of their senses (I was thinking balance because issues with that are something she'd likely be familiar with after getting teleported around by Hifumi, like a telekinetic blow to the inner ear). Shopping list for that would be: (Affliction, Sensory, Reflection, Short, Quantity Limit x3, Resistible, Emotion). To top off the budget, I can use the 1 QP leftover to pay off 1xp from Telekinetic's Duration or Quantity. That'd leave me with 2XP. If I take Rival with Kaylee (she did say Hailey's her rival, and reading into it, even if that cooled down a bit, the vibe of the modifier does fit them more than Kaylee and Orochi (those two worked together quite well against Feral and the modifier calls for "atrocious team-work")). Then I have 3XP which I think I'd put into Public Relations (you did say before that she's a trained conversationalist, so it'd fit her) and Tactics (her style of managing people is more akin to ordering them around, but I do think it'd fit that she'd be naturally good at it; being the unofficial leader of the Hivemind, that'd also match her ability to organize groups of people; I think directing her in a more management position for the future is also a good idea).
>>94744691Yup. fun plots but maybe vibe or stakes mismatch for lil ol me kekIf i made her a villain... ehh i can see it. og plan (haha not even a plan) was a supporter since she wouldnt be a hero or villain strictly speaking. this goes into korea worldbuilding which yknow idk how much thought has gone into that or if im the only one thinkin abt itI do hv an idea featurin a build that was abandoned..................... ez hook into the desolator plot..................... hmmmmmm>>94744697U hv my blessing to go wild. versatile quirk sure. no worries abt trying to justify by giving her a 2ndary ability, that kind of full spectrum psychokinesis seems plenty versatile alreadyDont rmb the trained conversationalist remark but sure fully endorsed

>>94731423Yamasaki Yuudai HN CallousAsiaJust Another StoryHero StudentFreshmanBirthday: April 12thBloodtype: O+>Costume: Armored>Modifiers:Hero Family (Athletics (Agility))Peak Condition x2 (Strength, Endurance)Martial Arts (Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu) x2SurvivalTacticsGadget (Weapon): Paired WakazashisWealth>Quirk:Public Records: Peak Human: User’s body is enhanced to near superhuman in every category.Secretly: QuirklessYamasaki Yuudai comes from a long line of physical enhancement quirk wielders. His great-grandfather, the legendary Yamasaki Sota, died fighting against the chaos that was the warlord era. Ever since, the eldest sons of the clan have all taken up the mantle of hero. That should’ve ended with Yuudai’s birth.Yuudai was born with the tell-tale extra-join on his pinky toe, marking him as a quirkless baby. The clan ordered Yuudai’s father, Yamasaki Jun (HN: Doraku), to place Yuudai up for adoption. Jun begged the clan to give Yuudai time, he might still develop a quirk despite the pinky joint. The elders gave him until Yuudai was four. If he miraculously developed a quirk, all was well and he’d be accepted as heir. If not, he must be set aside.Jun knew Yuudai didn’t have a quirk and, unwilling to defy the clan or abandon his son, he chose to create the illusion of one. Through intense training, drugs and other means, Yuudai’s body was trained to the physical prowess of an adult by the age of 4. The elders could not think of how this could be done except through a passive enhancement quirk and thus accepted Yuudai in the clan.Yuudai’s kept up with his training throughout the years, successfully concealing his quirkless status. He’s attended all the right hero programs and schools. He’s done everything according to the will of his clan.He even got accepted to his grandfather’s alma mater, Shiketsu, something even his father couldn’t do.(1/2)
>>94745904(2/2)This has all come at a cost however. A cost Yuudai is all too aware of. He’s been severely over trained. His body has been brought to its physical prime a decade too early and then artificially pushed beyond that. It WILL fall apart. It’s just a question of when.Yuudai assumes he’ll have the joints of an 80 year old by the time he’s 30. He knows he’ll start getting injured easily in his early 20s. He’s pessimistic about his chance of seeing 50. All because his father wouldn’t just set him aside. All because his clan wanted a hero for an heir.Out of respect for what he endured as a child and what’s going to happen to him regardless of what he does now, Yuudai has chosen to be a hero while he can. He hopes being a hero will allow his future self to pretend the pain was worth it.Jun is also aware of this inevitability. He’s been working on an arranged marriage for his son so that he can produce an heir for the clan while he’s still healthy.Yuudai has refused matches. He resents the idea of saddling a woman with the chore of caring for a prematurely geriatric husband. But beyond that, he doesn’t want to give his clan an heir.Yuudai has been forced to live his life according to the wishes of his father and clan. He’s accepted that fate and the inevitable consequences thereof. He will not bring a child into this world just to suffer the same.Personality:There are hard workers and then there’s Yuudai. He’s absurdly abusive to his own body and constantly pushing beyond his already absurd physique. He doesn’t like to think about the future. He knows it’ll be hell no matter what. As such, he doesn’t worry about the long-term consequences of his actions. He worries about weeks from now, not years. He can come across as a little fatalistic as a result, believing that anything outside of his immediate ability is hopelessly beyond his control.

>>94747036Quite a few, but this is also the old argument from a few threads ago about mechanical effects vs fluff effects.>>94747120I believe S rank does more than just cost 4 xp and give 2 QP, it also makes you significantly more dangerous in exchange for making you that much bigger of a target. For some noname villian a top 10 showing up is extremely bad luck, for someone like Karma or Midas or whatever it just means the Heroes were actually paying attention and responding properly for once. The hard part is catching them. Some random police officer aint gonna manage it if all the heroes who have tried in the past have failed. While you can recieve a S class designation purely on your theoretical abilities mostly it comes from you escaping or injuring the heroes that come for you until they know to send only the best or atleast a team of the weakest.Top heroes are the same way too. They may not have a huge mechanical advantage but they are way more popular, way more experienced and naturally talented, etc. >>94747120Also if even AFO of all people didn't get executed I find it hard to believe anyone else will. I've had many victories over the years and never had to use a plan that didn't quite fit.) Mesmer (It isn't cheating if your opponent happens to think you're onehanding your blade casually when you're actually about to perform a full strength overhead twohanded slash)Units: 2 Carracks, 50 Musketeers, 50 Pikemen, 50 Two Handed Swordsmen, 80 Archers, 80 Halberdiers 5 Healing Mages, 5 Purple Mages, 2 Attack Mages, 2 Antimages, 10 Engineers, Blue Sunx2 (8 Healers, 4 Illusionists, 4 Attack Mages, 4 Interdisciplinary Mages), Treasure Crew (30 Swashbucklers, 10 Seamen, 5 Thresherlings, Carrack) Lost Moon (5 Master Mages, 10 Attack Mages, 10 Countermages, 2 Elementals)Officers: Pirate Princess (A very skilled captain for my new ships), The Weird(A very skilled mage to teach some spells I won't look too closely into to my mages.), Infamous Regiments: Treasure Crew (Hired for obvious reasons considering the nature of the enemy.), Blue Sun x2 (The Red Sun and The Red Moon, Mages of all types always useful too.) Lost Moon (Not technically heretics as long as you don't look too closely. I never held the church higher than the Kingdom and their skills are invaluable in war especially supported by the other mages and The Weird)Drawbacks: Nemesis (Fought in many previous wars, somewhat of a war hero.), Hated (Used as the poster child for recruitment and basically synonymous with relatives going off to die in war), Dissent (I hired a great deal of mages and someone they might consider a bit more qualified to lead them, despite the fact that the only reason they are able to practice their magic in peace is because of my name providing them credibility)Reward: Fortress near the frontlines
>>94747935You'll see when I'm done lol
>>94747962I feel like the whole pirates and zombies being the enemy thing limites us to having to buy a number of boats and stuff.I could get rid of the second Blue Sun group and drop my army a bit to get rid of some drawbacks but I realized my entire army was basically mages so I had to buy some normal soldiers.
>>94747987have you considered letting other people deal with it instead of spreading yourself outalso you ignore contracts/rewards

Though the real power of his quirk is to exponentially increase his outward body temperature once angered, only growing hotter increasing rage and more time. It usually starts out like putting your hand over boiling water, progressing until even being near him can scald or even melt your skin. That's not even mentioning what’ll happen when you touch the guy or he touches someone else when really pissed, melting through them and turning them into charcoal. There are 2 major flaws with his quirk though. For one, just like Enji/Shoto he does technically have a heat limit though also like them its so absurdly high it doesn’t really matter. The real kicker is how it fucks with his emotions, with Joe either being comically apathetic and lazy, or “I’M GONNA RIP OUT YOUR SPHINCTER AND SHOVE IT DOWN YOUR THROAT SO YOU CAN EAT YOUR OWN ASS” with absolutely no inbetween, with the only sign that he’s about to snap is if his eyes start glowing.
>>94748530>PersonalityJoe only came to Japan after he learnt the language to get what his quirk-induced lazy mind to get an easy English Teaching job after deciding to go clean for a bit, to make his parents proud. He didn’t get the job due to possibly quirk-induced laziness. After that he just…stopped giving a fuck. If he wants something, he’ll just steal it. Needs or wants food? He’ll go steal it. New PC came out? He’ll go steal it. He wants to live in that house? He’s living there now. He doesn’t obey any law and only ever cares about himself. Usually he’s only a thief, a nuisance that can be ignored. Get in his way? He’ll give you a second chance, he doesn’t care that much. Get in his way again? You know what, he’s just gonna tell you to stop. Get in his way a third time? That thievery charge is going straight to murder and good fucking luck stopping him. As long as he’s left alone, he’s entirely fine, and if anything dissuades crime from the stores he frequents as he’s generally as nobody is stupid enough to set off that particular ticking time bomb. The Hero Association doesn’t really wanna dedicate the resources required to stop him when there are FAR more pressing matters, so he kinda just does his own thing.Grocery Shopping(Big Man)https://rentry.co/hmfzdf3i/editYou can use him however you like, though you'll have to come up with a motivation for him to actively wanna join any given crime organization.
>>94748345This makes me mildly uncomfortable and I don't know why. The main problem is that it has no wings tho.>>94748353This one is actually pretty good, it could be the hero costume pic once zoomed in.Both are lamia/naga types, which is not what I was going for but it was very useful. Thanks.>>94748357Also no wings, but it's closer to what I had in mind, I may be able to edit it.These also prove that I can find something and that I should not give up.I will focus on writing the backstory and quirk descriptions for now and try again/start editing tomorrow, this helped a lot.
>>94748530Your quirk doesn't mechanically match your description of it and I also don't see the purchase of the second effect anywhere?

Their land continues to dwindle as forests are claimed in the name of one king or another, pushing back the homes of those who've lived on these ancient grounds for millennia. Uprooted from their homes, the last of the Olden lineages seek sanctuary in the ever growing scarcity of nature. With war on the horizon, many are left to wonder if there's any place for them in this new world of faith and fire. However, not all are content to pass on like the changing of seasons. A promising Old Mage, Macad learned from masters in the art about the deep history of the land he walked on, and how to respect the trust given to him by its denizens. It meant nothing beyond the treeline. When the soldiers marched and set the woods ablaze, it wasn't out of hatred for those who lived in it, nor the capture of the beasts who protected it. It was simply a casualty of war, between forces who wouldn't have looked at territory as anything more than a battleground to claim victory over. The disrespect towards the sacred life of the earth, of its people, of all creation, how could he have stood by while it all burned? So he took to arms, rallied a mob of both creature and man, and set forth to rid his home of the rot invading it. The ensuing slaughter bloodied the dirt and stone, leaving no enemy alive to bring about their battles again. Victory came at a cost, leaving many broken or dead, with only the torched territories of their home to claim... but to Macad, it signaled the start of something. A long campaign to ensure the future of this land and his people, even if it requires him to bury all the kingdoms in his way.
>>94748674>Kelian (Forest-Child Harrol)A cursed child, bearing the mark that heralds the end of days, according to the Church. Macad believes in no faith's superstition however, as only the tales of his forefathers have the truth. The mark signals his connection to the Ancient One, the slumbering guardian of the forest. It is said that only one who has its favor can awakening it once more in times of turmoil to bring peace back to the land. There are many different tales for its resting place, and the exact method needed to revive the great beast is also as unclear, but Macad has no doubt it exists.>Zylia (Xalona)A Soket who's undertaken a pilgrimage to the surface world to uplift lower races with their superior magicks. While the pretentiousness can be aggravating, their help in the strengthening of his army is appreciated. Though they may come from worlds apart, both share the same plight against the ever advancing wheels of civilization, as even the caverns the Soket live in have started to see encroaching forces looking for valuable minerals in the deep deposits that normally couldn't be accessed without the Soket's preexisting tunnels.>Gecord (Gujong)A frogman seeking enlightenment. His journey has taken him far, and right now he finds himself in the midst of a war and unable to leave. Every road taken has its challenges however, and this is simply one of them. Ever calm and collected, Gecord acts as the ambassador for Macad, as he is not as well spoken or as well read as the frogman monk is.>The Green Swordsman (Green Knight) -20A humanoid plant creature whose origins are unknown. What is known is his incredible swordsmanship, able to contend with the strongest on the continent. Always looking for strong fighters to prove his skills to, and put on a performance which have no rival, for the world is a stage and he is a humble actor. Due to this, he tends to leave opponents alive, as their stories aren't fated to end here, whatever that means.
>>94748569Shit, next thread I'll update it with Quirk Definement, I knew I should've done that.>>94748605Now that I think about it what wasn't the best choice of name
>>94731423Semi lore question. I don't care about real canon, just MP canon. How far are the heroes allowed to go when fighting villains? Is it batman/spiderman rules?
>>94748719Heroes/Heroines are unable to kill villains. They generally have to be nonlethal all together or else they face heavy legal trouble.
>>94748719Generally it's no-kill rules. I think there could be reasonable exceptions, but you'd face an investigation at the very least.
>>94748728I see, about what I was expecting. Do villains generally also not kill heroes? I know there is a genociadal maniac or two in the cast, I have yet to catch up and I am not sure to what extent I will, but what is the average?
>>94748764Villains generally don't kill in a Rogues type situation. They just want a score, not rack up manslaughter and murder charges. Still a few people who don't mind getting their hands bloody though.
>>94748764The local schizos really will just kill people. Others have more scruples. Villains don't care about the law, but just like any other criminal they all have different levels of crime they'll do. Villains are essentially just any criminal that uses their quirk for their crimes, from a petty pickpocket to genocidal maniacs.
>>94748764>Do villains generally also not kill heroes? It varies by villain. Major teams: The Five, yes. The Night Parade, no. The Wild Hunt, noooooooooooooo.
>>94748764Villains do generally kill Heroes if they can get away with it. Obviously (and depending on how smart the villain is), there is a lot of consideration on whether killing a hero is "worth it" at any given moment. Villains do not have to have any qualms about murder unless they are fluff to have a problem with it and thus are much more loose on whether they want to eliminate a hero if given an opportunity.
>>94748763I assume in a sudent's case that means your provisional license is taken away during it and you are possibly expelled after if found guilty.>>94748778Good to know. I did not want to go too edgy this time but seeing some of the random discussions made wonder if maybe it would be more fitting. It does not seem that way.
>>94748801>I assume in a sudent's case that means your provisional license is taken away during it and you are possibly expelled after if found guilty. And most likely jailed, yeah.
>>94748801Pros would lose their license too probably, not just students. Guilty is also a bit too cut and dry. Even if you did it, if you can prove you saved lives in the process and that less than lethal force wouldn't have had the same result, then you might still get away with it. I figure it's closer to police officer logic where there needs to be just cause before using lethal force.Canon was more strict/idealistic than that, but also fuck canon.
So, Little Green Lizard We Found is the voted class rep of 2-D. Is that Gigan and thus technically Inigo by proxy, or a secretly transformed Karma and thus a class pet with Hoge being saddled with the actual work again?
>>94748854It's just a gecko
>>94748719Kill em if you're life is reasonably in danger, the Majestic Group will take care of it (they're not real and you're facing a lawsuit IF they have a family)
>>94748854Karma poofs to reveal her evil plan to become class rep and cancel Shiketsu by declaring eternal school vacation. MHA is so over.
Oh. Hey. Page 10... I guess I should do something about that. Time to compile, I suppose.
>>94748812>And most likely jailed, yeah.I was not expecting that, I assumed kids would get a bit more leeway but it makes sense I guess.>>94748830I see, it sounds like an interesting plot to explore at some point, considering the chatacter I am making it may be sooner rather than later.>also fuck canon.I aggree if anything just because it allows more creativity. It makes things easier for me at least since I don't know much about it.>>94748941I am so tempted to write something for this but it sounds like I wiil be stuck there for a long time if I go down that rabbit hole.
>>94748764If you go around killing Heroes you attract a lot more attention from Vigilantes with less scruples than the pros have and might even do enough to get the actual government to come after you with military/counterstrike forces. Kick enough hives and you get stung to death.
>>94748854It's literally just a normal ass lizard. They found it.
>>94731423How far can I take Refinement? If I pay 6 points for it can I get a second fantasy trait from mimicry? It is an extra and the description says to base yourself on other extras. Just to be clear I mean another trait of the same creature, not another fantasy creature.
>>94749070Makes sense. Is there a vigilante option in the cyoa? I may have just missed it if it's not a student thing.
>>94749095It's under the Villains section since it's a third faction stance but still explicitly illegal in-setting. Some pros with the Hero Association have sympathy for the vigilante thing, especially if they're underground, but a lot of pros do NOT and will take insult to the activity at minimum. As a student, you can choose any of the villain types through (Advanced Delinquency) found on page 10. Or the ass backwards way and start as a villain but write yourself into the school, but then you don't get the student benefits.
>>94749095Yeah under villain
>>94749085Yeah that sounds fair. You only get so many Refine/Definements after all.
I figured out what to do with my extra XP point. KK won't start the school year with this. I want her to go through at least one combat scene, maybe more, weaponless.Updating the character sheet with a rentry is fine, right? I don't remember seeing anyone else do it that way but I already wanted a hub to key everything off of like a couple other anons have done, and revising things with near-copies of the build in the thread seems like a nuisance for everybody.
>>94748854Ahem, her name is not KARMA, are all lizard mutants the same to you? Its Cammy Link and we love her.
>>94749180>Updating the character sheet with a rentry is fine, right?Depends on what you mean. Most anons prefer the update to be a post so that it's easier to compile as an archive link. And that archive link is usually what most use to get an overview of the character which is why an extended version of the build is attached as part of the character sheet post.
Bros I'm so excited for the arena!
>>94749143>>94749143>>94749143Alright hogs, new thread, this way! Roll on out.
>>94731423Two more questions I guess. Do people have an instinctive knowledge of what their quirk does or is there experimentation involved? Also are fantasy creature quirk approached differently? Like do they try and study them in a scientific way or do they accept that "it just works"?
>>94748719I'd throw in that heroes are in big parts marketing stunts. Even if you don't kill the villain but severely main them, it might have negative effect in your public perception. This isn't just the case for rankings, but also just for you getting licensed as a hero at all. Can't have you ruin the overall brand reputation. From our heroes, Impakt has donutted someone in Europe and it's a reason why he's now in Japan.Enforces get more leeway, and there wbar for "excessive force" is likely also much higher against S-Ranks.>>94749364We've had cases of people not knowing what their Quirks are, like the dude that had a one time respawn. They test you when your Quirk manifests for the sake of registration, but there is only so much they can do.
