The JLA wave Aquaman has the best headsculpt, winter's end is based on art from that JL story, Flashpoint's is.. a choice, then there is the Pagepuncher which is very mullety. I don't know why but the digital is growing on me.

Doll capes fray after a few years. All these collector edition platinum whatevers with cut capes are going to fall apart and look like shit. The ones that are wired have giant seams along the edges, usually only the sides while the bottom is left as just cut fabric.
Either way they ruin the aesthetic of the character.
There's also the issue of Todd using unsold basketball shorts for fabric. The giant dots and holes in the material look like shit now and are going to stretch over time.
I get it, you need to be able to cram your seven inch tall Batman doll into his Batmobile, but in every other situation these cheap fucking faggot ass doll capes are trash.

It's interesting how the Doomsday & Superman 2-pack was an instant sellout even with that high price and terrible head.

It went out faster than solo Armored Batman, but I guess that's what happens when you release a "superior" 2-pack with the same character a day before.

I'm glad the solo Knightmare Bats hasn't sold out. McFarlane really f'ed up my man. So glad we have Fondjoy coming to release superior versions of him and everyone else in the same scale.

And as far as this McFarlane goes, I'm concerned about his height. He should have longer legs or a longer torso or something. As pictured there, his arms are far too long, with his hands falling almost below the trunks. Especially if look at the three figures to his left. I mean, even the Aqualad looks taller. You'll need to see them on a shelf but I doubt this is something I would be comfortable pre-ordering.
