The SP1 one has a cool color scheme but for such a big vehicle it actually has very little interior space because it uses it all for a rack and pinion system that raises up the front of the ship to let a small ground vehicle drive out. Considering you could have accomplished the same effect by just mounting the front on a hinge and opening it manually, I don't think the rack and pinion system really adds enough to justify taking up 80 % of the volume of the ship.SP2 one actually has interior spaces and has a modular construction that lets the rear part be dropped off to become a base, but it's lacking in detail. Like it seems like it should have two cockpits, but one of them has no seat or controls and pretty much exists just to make the canopy section look longer. It still might be my favorite overall even if the execution could have been better in some ways.SP3 one actually has interior details, still incorporates the expected Space Police big ship features like having prison-pods and a small ground vehicle you can deploy from the ship, and does look cool even if I aesthetically prefer the other two (I think SP1 has the bets color scheme but in terms of design SP2 might be slightly better).

Buying my first “big” set recently, it shouldn’t be a surprise, but I’m still a little in awe at how much more complete it feels than smaller ones. Really starting to understand why toy release philosophy usually goes for a big centerpiece set with smaller sets to build (in Lego’s case literally) off it for a product line or theme.
