The Raid films were maybe the closest we got to replicating something like older Jackie Chan films, but evidently they still haven't even gone about making *The Raid 3* or some kind of spiritual successor, so we're just kind of stuck waiting for somebody else to emerge in the martial arts space. It's unfortunate because I love martial arts movies, particularly when they're done with real, practical, physical stunts that are extremely dangerous but all too fun to watch.

I believe a chimp could be a terrifying opponent but also think it's a dumb premise. Yes, animals that are out of control can viciously rip you apart.
