The fans realising their fav character is actually the villain is a good GOT type of story especially since most fans won't notice the red flags. The flashy Valyrian steel sword, making him a good swordsman, the funny lines, maybe even good looks will do enough to mislead the audience.

So I just finished season 2 of GoT and I enjoyed it more than what I believed I would. Tyrion as a character peaks here, his service as the hand of the king was short but quite based and Blackwater was awesome despite not being as spectacular as Battle of the Bastards.Even Daenerys's often maligned S2 plotline didn't feel as tedious as people often say. It helped the Spice King was there. He steals every scene he's in.
