Honestly, Rhaenyra and Daemon were just bland and boring, Cole became a hypocrite but he also finally got a little nuance, Aemond was always going to be a little unhinged even though his turn is a little clunky, Helaena is just a background character and plot device, Rhaena did not have a character to assassinate in the first place so her being unlikable is just who she is, etc. Alicent was built up last season to slowly morph into her book self, but this season she went completely off the rails.
