Why relegate all arthouse and classic film discussion to one thread then? Why not use the entire board as a more accurate version of /film/?
>>

generals keep thread count down, newfag. now go post in /film/ or fuck off back to your sub.

Okay, so have a thread dedicated to film noir discussion. If you want to expand things to the point where /film/ absorbs so many genres, then /tv/ as a board is a better version of that, and can handle many more threads.
You've entered. /noir/ - Film Noir general.

Let OP have his fun, fellow /film/anon. It likely won’t stick anyways.
>>

film noir doesn't need its own general since it's included in /film/
>>
>>205977110
What isn't included in /film/? Do you think the whole board should just be one thread-- /film/ - film general?
>>
>>205976190
don't listen to /film/ cultists
their general is just another circle jerk
