Okay watched the 2006 Black Christmas. It's not very good. In spite of the gore being way more over the top it in many ways feels more tame than the original film. The extra context given to the killer(s) makes them both less interesting while still leaving you with questions about it them, but unlike in the original where those questions make the villain scarier, here it just makes them stupider. So yeah not great. Main girl was kind of cute.

Realized I never commented on the last horror movie I watched. So here we go, some brief thoughts that are 100% pointless:>Faces Of AnneThai psychological horror where every girl is named Anne and they change faces. Deer Demon is based and doesn't fuck around with its sledgehammer. Understanding what the fuck is going on for the first 2/3rds of the movie is actually difficult. Hell, this fucker even baited me like few, if any, have before. Seriously, if you can watch the 1st act and guess what it's all about, you're a god, or simply read up on the movie prior. Thailand hit it out of the park with this one. 100% recommend for anyone wanting a psychological horror movie.
