Of those 3 it is the Salty that are the most actual Rhoynar, but even then the Salty are a mix of First Men, Andals, and Rhoynar. The Stoney Dornish are seemingly just First Men and Andals, both genetically and even in the cultural aspects. The big cultural difference is about women's inheritance rights - the oldest child regardless of gender inherits - but that does not apply even in all of Dorne, and more broadly the Dornish follow the New Gods and speak the language of the Andals.
