Bolton's men are Bolton's men, you have to be twisted to serve Roose Bolton. The Lannisters, with Tyrell support, mopped up the Northmen and Rivermen forces. Anyone with objections to the Red Wedding lacks the force to back up their feelings. That's why lords like Manderly waited until getting their hostages back before carrying out revenge plots like very delicious meat pies made from southern weasels.

And I guess we are also supposed to think that conflicts like the Webber/Osgrey feud, the destruction of House Rayne and the fighting over the Hornwood lands are a common thing in westeros. But overall, it's still a mostly very peaceful place.
