This lady always had a butterface which just made her look old as shit in everything she's in. great body and everything but Christ her face is a 5/10. They could have just put more make-up on her but they never seem to do in any of her movies.
>>
>>220054635
I have been looking for some horror (or more like thriller) movie and I don't fucking remember the name, it's been years. It was like from the 2000s, a guy falls in love with the wife of some old guy that owns a motel and wants to protect her from him. At the end it's revealed the mc was actually a a schizo and all of that was in his head and the motel guy wife was never in danger. They also have some pool scene of her and the guy kissing
ANYONE FUCKING KNOWS THE NAME
Sorry I'm going crazy
>>
She's actually a plant (raising) woman. There's one scene where a little spider shows up but it's besides the point.

nta but i was really horny one october night and decided to watch murder weapon for she. she seemed to know how to look incredibly young when she wanted, like here. but then she looks twice her age in other shots or that webm anon posted. it's like that seinfeld episode about the girl who looks ill in certain lighting
the movie sucked btw, it was done in the same weekend as killer workout. i'm glad she was able to be cast in ROTLD, i wish she was in more actually professionally shot kino
>>
>>220054864
She's just not very attractive when it comes to her face. She was born with bad genetics but makes up for it by being in good shape with a decent ass and a nice rack.
>>
>>220054904
Personally, I'd kiss her face. But that's just me.

>Murder Weapon and Deadly Embrace
never heard of this but the blu ray cover is nice. murder weapon/killer workout seems more fitting though, they were both shot on the same mansion. forgot where i read it but linnea apparently said the mansion owner kicked them out a day early because they thought the film crew were doing shady shit
they probably were
>Does she get naked at least?
yes, a few times actually. also her best ass shot i think she ever filmed. also eric freeman is there and i think he's stoned or drunk because he seems so low energy
>>
>>220055332

having just skimmed american rampage for it, yeah, american rampage is probably better lol. she's prone in the murder weapon one so that wins me over though
i've seen some real shit but murder weapon is weird and sleazy. i know that's the appeal to some people, but there's something nasty about murder weapon. nice little time capsule of people fucking around in the late 80s without internet though, you can tell when the movie doesn't know what to do and everyone gets bored
the real question: is american rampage worth watching?
>>
>>220055592
>the real question: is american rampage worth watching?
I'll put it this way: the only thing I remember about it is Linnea Quigley's ass in a shower scene, and she does not star in the film

funnily enough american rampage is also 1989, she was busy that year. year of the quigley
honestly she probably just filmed a nude shower scene for another movie and it was probably just reused

I already bought it, damned if I don't end up watching it. I might save the double feature for October though.
I like the alternate title, too (Beverly Hills Corpse)

She also had a shower scene in Witchtrap, in which she dies immediately after showing the goods. When I watched Jack-O, where she's again introduced with a full nude shower scene, I was surprised that she went on to be the film's lead. I'm so used to her being namedropped by the production just to have her get offed moments after she appears naked.

Just watched Ready or Not Here I Come. I just can't get over the "rules" of the Satanic cult being so loosey-goosey just for the sake of plot convenience. Finished this 8 episode SK show and I liked it. It leans more towards a supernatural mystery-thriller, but still has horror to it. It knows when to break up the super serious moments with some humor, which I always find enjoyable. Total runtime is 5 hours, maybe a little longer, so on the shorter side. Acting is solid throughout, but people might not like that it is a SK show, which means you get their brand of drama that naturally comes with it.

>>
>>220072323
Nta but every well of person is living with their parents at 30. You graduate college 25, and then start working full time. Who is moving out at 30 unless they take on a mortgage? Obviously wealthy parents buy their kids a house or a big down payment but 30 is screwing yourself over if you can stay home. Most jobs dont pay over $150k especially entry level. This is why almost every adult is poor. Student debt plus moving out too early.

And it is what, 5 years of a 20-60k salary as entry level at best? Not including student tuition costs even if parents did pay for it? People today with decades of full time work are struggling. Imagine moving out at 30.

You could just do retail/warehouse/etc. work right out of HS. Then save up as much as you can while living at home, and you'll already have 100k+ in the bank before taking into account your 401K, interest, and anything else you have invested in. People don't understand that you can grow wealth pretty well by just consistently working, living below your means, and being smart with your money.

In the two Nun movies it is most explicit that the entity in them is overcome through faith.
The Conjuring movies have fewer overt religious themes, but their exorcisms always proceed in a Catholic fashion, with the Warrens consulting a priest and reading from the Bible when conducting exorcisms. While they are explicitly a God fearing couple, thematically it is the pure heartedness of the Warrens and their genuine love for each other which allow them to overcome the entities they face. That is of course referring to the film versions of them and not the real people they're based on. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga have really powerful chemistry on screen and their relationship in the films is quite heartwarming. They are ultimately what make the movies work despite their flaws.
Of the three Annabelle movies, only one of them has a good end, and no Annabelle is not overcome through faith in that one.
Haven't seen La Llorona.

The first two Conjuring movies are absolutely worth a watch at the very least. Many people prefer the second but I prefer the first because it has better scares.
>>

I might give them a try.
Frankly I'm not usually a fan of supernatural ghost horror because... the characters often can't do shit and just suffer constantly, while ghosts are too overpowered, appearing out of nowhere and disappearing whenever the plot demands it, and usually in these movies priests, ghost hunters or whatever always fail too until the very last second which I find draining

Well most of these movies will still disappoint you. They still have all those tropes. The first Conjuring is not perfect, but it transcends a lot of those problems by being strongly character-driven, and having their Baguul problem resonate with the themes of the movie, the plot progression, and the personal issues the characters are dealing with. People remember it fondly for a reason.

And like I said, its scares are very well executed.

First half was decent then it went 0/10

>>220076460

the strangest part is how the moment any human would be confronted by a literal vampire, ghost or some other sort of supernatural creature it would cause such a spiritual awakening that believing in God or whatever would not be easy, it would be a system overload

In defense of the humble microwave, I offer one genuinely useful tip even for proud cooks: When pan frying protein like fish, beef, pork, chicken, or even tofu, zapping in the microwave for a few seconds at a time takes the chill off after removing from the fridge; gets it closer to room temperature or even slightly warm, which prevents it sticking once it hits the hot oil, without having it sit out for a long period of time. It's especially useful in colder weather.

Kino. Interesting reading the wiki page, Ebert has a great quote
>The kids in the audience were stunned. There was almost complete silence. The movie had stopped being delightfully scary about halfway through, and had become unexpectedly terrifying. There was a little girl across the aisle from me, maybe nine years old, who was sitting very still in her seat and crying ... It's hard to remember what sort of effect this movie might have had on you when you were six or seven. But try to remember. At that age, kids take the events on the screen seriously, and they identify fiercely with the hero. When the hero is killed, that's not an unhappy ending but a tragic one: Nobody got out alive. It's just over, that's all.
>>
>>220085409
First time I saw it was on TV during a horror host program since it was public domain. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the most owned movie ever on dvd, it's in basically every box set.
