Not to mention all the little TECHNOLOGY details and micro-mechanics that bring it all together. It's too much work for something that has a small niche audience. Ironically the closest anyone got was a literal joke of a game. I guess there is also Snowrunner but the gameplay is a lot more simple and only vehicle based.
