I still think III is the best one. Best atmosphere, best missions, best car physics, open world is big enough but not so big it detracts from the point of the game which is doing missions that revolve mostly around cars and driving (The game is called Grand Theft AUTO)

JP was never that big on tekken in the first place so the numbers look really weird. That being said the game is in a dire state.
