I was passing by her section and literally just said "oh hey I see you have a 3DS, I'm gonna stand here for a second to see if I get a StreetPass tag" and when that didn't happen I said "I'm gonna leave my 3DS here, be right back" since I was packing and by the time I was done, I still didn't have a StreetPass tag. Are people not setting up StreetPass at all or something? This is all a long winded way to say that I'm not getting StreetPass tags still, and I'm not really seeing any uptick when I bring my 3DS places randomly.
