i love this glaive monk in sekiro in particular, such a well-designed enemy and the guy just looks fucking awesome and honestly makes me wish sekiro had an armor system purely because i want to look like these guys and i wouldnt mind fighting them to farm it however, if you aggro more than 1 of these guys you are fucked these guys can only be fought 1v1

Visually I always liked the Chimera Hybrids from Resistance as a basic FPS enemy type.The anglerfish-looking head, the bright head and arms contrasting the darker lower body, the six glowing eyes, the hunched-over posture with the glowing cylinders on their backs... despite being in a generic brown-n-bloom shooter, this is TEXTBOOK visual readability.I also like how you can shoot out the tubing on their bodies-- it's a cooling system so they just overheat and die a few seconds later. Kind of a neat and funny detail to throw in.
