PLEASE HELPMy friend I'm playing with has never played the game thought Gale was just bullshitting about needing magic items. He told Gale to fuck off and then killed him as he was leaving (he's a murderhobo I know, but I'm also playing with two other friends that never played the game). Anyway, I thought it'd be funny to see his reaction to the consequences when Gale blows up later. Long story short, Gale did blow up and we got the game over, but when we reload and try to revive him we are unable to do so. This is probably due to the fact he left our party before he died. Withers can't revive him, Gale's pouch route doesn't work, regular revive scroll doesn't work. Are we fucked? We're almost to act 2 and haven't been resting often so there's a huge chunk of gameplay between Gale's death and now. Can I revive him with mods?

I picked this game up 2 days ago, knew very little about it going in other then people love it. I gotta say the story has me very intrigued and I've managed to avoid spoilers for the most part but damn did I struggle right off the bat. Had to set the difficulty to Explorer and I've been doing alot off save scumming...definitely haven't been doing as many side quests as I should be and I rolled a Cleric that was going to be evil, kind of wanted to go with a plate wearing caster like a battlemage. Act 2 I defeated Balthazar, killed nightsong, and battled my way through the entire tower which was a bitch. I just now finally understand the actions and spell usage and such but I honestly still am clueless about certain abilities like the shield abilities and such that the cleric can use. I have been going more and more melee heavy with my group just because I don't like being limited to a couple spells...I suppose on easy it doesn't matter but is there any particular guides or strategies I should be following that don't give too much away? Wish there was a fast combat movement button also, sometimes it really drags on...
