Supposedely I should be able to talk to him and he would open his shop to me after this but every time I talk to him he just says he's waiting for me to give the potion to Nepheli. I've played with a storm storm knight's greatsword for about 5 hours now and almost everyone who fights me with a great katana gets dogged on except this one guy who doesn't flinch to storm stomp.
