Stance to lure in the opponent or get plus frames. I just... I don't know, I just don't see the light with Versusia. What is the threat? What is the main gameplan with which I MURDER my opponent? Throw projectile that do no chip and little damage and then occasionally hope they get hit by the jump scare? Sometimes mix it up by running with the slowest start up run in the game and hope they don't react to it? If a better Versusia than me has a real gameplan then I'd be glad to know.

Reducing the damage, while welcome, doesn't really solve any of the main issues that make it the best button to press in 80% of the situations. I think this issue is best exemplified by how ludicrously many 66Hs never see use, pretty much only the gimmick ones like the ones that have armor or those that are hyper-cracked like Anila's are actually used. Having to think which button is the best choice in each scenario is part of the fun of fighting games, especially in a more slow-paced footsies game that Versus was once upon a time. Having that factor be removed by making a single button your go-to in every scenario is boring.

I feel like if the game is going to have something like Fighterz ki-blast level projectiles (ie. a single button whiff-cancellable fast low-commitment fireballs) you are going to need a really strong anti-projectile system mechanic to balance it out.
