Piper+Burnice actually has a fairly annoying problem that not many people picked up on - anomaly application has a global cooldown, and they both apply their anomalies fast enough that the game will just refuse to apply one of them. The meter will fill up but nothing will happen, and you'll have to wait and keep hitting them before you get your disorder, which consequently deals less damage because you wasted ticks waiting for the cooldown.
