I get the complaints. I just walked in and started talking to the Drow Twins about the Underdark and Drow stuff and Shadowheart suddenly suggests we have sex with prostitutes. She is the one who initiates the encounter, not your character. I kinda get why some people could be mad about this. She doesn't put out for like 80 hours of gameplay and then suddenly she reveals she's a whore. Pretty nasty of Larian to do this.
Also this whole thing felt very poorly implemented, lazy even with the fade to black and just a group shot at the end. Disappointing.

The Nautiloid sequence at the start of the game feels vestigial of a version of the game where Hell matters more than it does in the final product. As a byproduct of Hell not actually mattering, Wyll and Karlach also feel like they matter a lot less to the main plot than the rest of the core companions.
