Second half of Kara is "new" but it's using Outland assets. The most custom thing so far from either of them seems to be Grim Batol on Turtle which has it's own WMO. Making unique WMO's/content for WoW without Blizzard's own SDK has always been a nightmare.

>>521051510I do think Turtle needs to add new mechanics/buff HP/Dmg to old content because of CC2 making everyone a bit stronger plus the content has always been too easy honestly. SOD has a similar issue but 10x worse. Turtle has the issue now with most of the old content being easier than it should (including old raids) but Kara 40 being TBC pre nerf tier 5 level of difficulty. Probably Epoch's best asset is that they knew they were Vanilla+ from the start and designed the content to have a bit more depth to it, when Turtle was an RP server with some cut content from the alpha/beta until they decided to do the Vanilla+ meme.
