The Sword and Shield code was merged into Legends Arceus in October 2019

If the guy really did pull down the full Scarlet/Violet directory there's probably a lot of stuff in there, which is why they ripped out the library files.

To answer you, the whole thing about Khu and Centro is twofold : he has been aware and cared too much about the dumb stuff Centro has been posting to a point, even I, who was there since day 2, had nothing else to do but read and look through every info possible for hours and hours, I couldn't follow everything. I can assume the leaker, even if he had the same amount of free time, still had stuff to do with the leaks, yet he was strangely too aware of Centro antics.
As for Khu, it's more like it feels almost random to go after him when you don't really need to, since the leaks are enough proof of how trash he is, that we didn't need the leaker to say it, unless he cared more than he wants to admit and appreciate being some sort of savior there. Why not let the 3rd party in charge of the server relay the message(s) instead? Why taking these risks? Why if you don't care and just want to relay important info? I'm not saying the leaker is some serious hungry attention seeker, but he clearly likes attention more than he wants to admit. That's also why I say it will take months before we get the next thing, Home and/of SV files, then a few months again before we get PLZA, then again for Gen 10.
As for the second point, the moral compass issue is something we all go through : there is a limit to how moral you will stay if you are forced back into your animality. So to finish, it's not that he isn't genuine, I think he truly believes in his views and that he would really follow through with them : it's more an issue with morality itself.
