Trading will probably be basic cost for equal rarity trades and if you offer below the other person's rarity you pay exponentially more cost the lower relative to it you go. That way, all cards can be traded but you can't do ripoff trades. I think the restriction they mentioned would just be Genetic Apex only, as some have said.

That still leaves the door wide open for RNG / matchmaking to completely fuck you over within 5 games.
