Not that Blaine is a huge threat currently, but Blaine can chew threw it pretty quickly, and it takes 2 turns to set up the energy ramp. Hard to say without seeing the rest of the cards. It's like a Zapdos Raichu for Water, but Water already has Gyarados, and unless bench harassment really ramps up, I think Gyarados is gonna be a difficult card to replace for Water, though you might run them alongside each other. If Dark gets any really good cards or EXs, Honchkrow might get added to the list of things that Magikarp needs to watch out for.
