There's a game I want to play that has 99+ endings (Book of Hours.) Each play through takes about 3-6? hours to complete. It's a relatively challenging game. You can do both either way but do something that you can consistently do and whatever makes it more fun to you. Streaming is all about having good energy and sharing it so it's all a personal preference on that one. Though it is generally recommended to stream longer on twitch because you'll get raided by people who know you and you'll get your stream recommended to new people too.

I have a rule that I go for 3 hours minimum but I have been known to go for up to 9 if im having a really great day. 4-5 hours is my average though.There are pros and cons for each, but longer streams are very draining and although you may accumulate a lot of raids most of the people in them will be asleep, so they won't follow you anyway.
i've read that your streams gets pushed out more at the four hour mark, then every two or so hours it tries bumping it out again from there. but don't force yourself to do longer streams if you don't have the energy, its probably better off to keep your viewers entertained and leave on a good note than it be a slow burn
