Try tantra.You can chant: om bhairavaya namah In sessions of 108 individual chants of the mantra. Count them with a 108 bead mala. If you don’t have a mala, simply chant it, over and over. The meditation becomes feeling the aspects of your body that vibrate with each chant. Notice the vibrations. Then internalize the chanting. Chant it mentally until you can quieten even the mental chant, until you are able to trigger the vibration of the mantra mentally. This will take many months to even a year, or more if your karma sucks, but it’s a sure path to a healthy ego dissolution where the Diety, Bhairava, ensures you learn pretty quickly when you’re being a spiritual narcissist (like he takes you down a notch real quick if you are being a bitch to teach you a spiritual lesson) and keeps you on track towards moksha/nirvanaCombine it with a Kali mantra. If you have a practice that encompasses both, and you meditate in their mantras with the intent to surrender to the vibration, you will be OK. I can't be the only one noticing this right, according to the population statistics we should see a lot more people running around doing stuff but the data seems way off to what is actually happening on the street level.
