I don't know if I'm underwhelmed by Hitotose no Uta, or I just have no attachment to the piece because so little of the season actually showed off the song. Crescent Moon Dance we got to see in bits and pieces before finally seeing the whole thing uninterrupted. Liz had an entire movie for the solo, so getting to finally see it in full was one of the best parts of Chikai. With Hitotose we only got the very beginning and the solo a couple times.Flashbacks certainly didn't help either. S1 did that too but we got to see it properly in S2.
