Faust was very vocal about how difficult her time with the Hub was, but there were definitely others. Of course, this sentiment was probably more prevalent on the toy side of things. I'm sure The Aquabats creators and the Dan Vs. creators really liked working at the Hub because the network gave them a lot of flexibility to do what they wanted. Also I don't think the LPS writers ever said anything bad about working there, so maybe the growing pains were localized to the beginning.

There would be reflections of our own existence, our place in the world. Characters would dig deep, there was tragedy, doubt, introspection, sacrifice, etc. Stan Lee said in an interview he trusted kids to be able to understand these comics because of either context or a willingness to look to shit up. Now comics are, allegedly, written for an older audience but that older audience is dumb as hell. Characters need to be wacky and speak in memes and references. Problems that used to be brought up as something for the reader to think about them are now strawmen. Characters don't have doubts they're just right all the time. Villains have also completely lost their balls.
