We talked before in a previous thread about trying to raise our criticisms of the comic to Dan to drown out whatever screeching autism has turned him into this. Patreon was suggested before, but its come to my attention that EGS has a reddit where Dan himself is the most frequent poster because he posts every comic there for discussion. As long as we don't spook him by being too cautistic (gotta handle him with kid gloves, since we know he is conflict-averse if you come in too hot he'll just disengage and nothing you say will get through to him) it would probably only take a few anons to infiltrate his reddit and push him in a direction where the characters are allowed to do and be more.

>>150086702Maybe a contrary opinion for these threads, but I think the initial set up of having the cast go to two separate schools was the correct choice. 8 main characters is already too many, so having them go to different schools means you can split the cast up most of the time without having to explain why they're not all together most of the time. With college you can shake things up by having different groups go to different schools and put unnecessary or redundant characters on the "we just sort of lost contact" bus. I think in the current comic there are 12-20 characters in the "main" cast depending on how you count them, so we could definitely use some housecleaning.

She could justify herself yet.Justin has untapped potential, and he at least has some distinguishing features and potential that make him probably worth keeping around as a minor character who is in on the secret stuff but isn't one of the main cast. Hope and Raven are Plot NPCs, no getting rid of those. Those cuts would bring us down to 6 'main cast', 3 'plot relevant' NPCs who are not main cast but are around, and a couple of side characters that not main cast but the main cast does hang out with. Thats so much more manageable as an ensemble. Trim the fat.

That makes Pandora doing shit on purpose to punish the world with losing access to magic. By first forcing a magical change, which then triggers a second magic change from the thousands of seers spilling the secret. Then no human alive will know how the magic system works, and the Seers won't know how to teach the new system. Pandora only gets better from realizing that Diane and Susan are related to her, giving her Hope. No sure about Noah, on the one hand him being raised by an insane with grief Pandora would be interesting , Noah would be completely different character if that happened.

You could even have a flashback within his flashback to a women pregnant, and Raven realizing he does have kids.
