it's okay that get_user() returns a Some<User> but everything inside the user should just have default values set and not be nullable
>>
>>107625250
yes, that's what I'm talking about. you should make bad states irrepresentable when it's possible. using Option where it's not needed is like using a signed integer to represent an inherently unsigned value

Why not use constructors/From instead of nested literals like this?
You could even just 4 let statements to reduce lines or code and clutter.

Both. You need to run your own instance for Matrix though because appservices need to generate new users for when people talking. Once you start running your own instance for a decent period of time you'll quickly understand why every single person on the planet says Matrix is absolute trash that even matrix.org doesn't want to host.

uhhh you're kind of glossing over the entire point of machine learning, this was its meat and potatoes way before current hype became a thing. reinforcement learning to train a convulational neural network had bots learning to play grand theft auto nearly a decade ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5xpXecR3LY
>>
>>107625239
I get what you're saying and unless I'm terribly wrong, and I probably am because I know jackshit, training on the actual pixel data is too weak and game dependent and I'm guessing you can't get it to work on a brand new game without any data without some kind of human-assisted labelling of "this amounts to an enemy" and what the controls/mechanics are
>>
>>107625159
even today bots and cheats are game specific imagine an ai bot that can play any game you choose

even for something like rocket league people would choose to play with their partner general AI bot trained to gel with their playstyle over a rando human teammate or in game bot
>>
>>107625178
Couldn't you use the same model architecture with some minor modifications and train it with a military dataset instead of gaming, for example?

Literally the only way is to vote your way into governments not incompetent enough to fuck everything up in the first place, but chudcels will never want to hear this because they support such governments, and anarkiddies will never want to hear this because it reminds them that revolutionary LARPing doesn't create good societies.

Pretty cool. Flux.1 has almost been completely replaced by Z-Image, but I'll definitely check that out if it's released into something usable. Kinda interesting that both ChatGPT and Gemini use around 10min after 10 on their clock, I thought those guys used their own bespoke datasets.

I basically just used the default settings (because it fucking bitched otherwise - it's such a shitty application) and my LoRA turned out pretty good (very flexible). You might have to redo your captions if it's not getting it. I used Gemma 3 27B (had it describe everything in an image and then I distilled the output down to 192 tokens).

Exactly, it's always like that. I bet he even thinks that ada lovelace was the first programmer, when in reality:

"All but one of the programs cited in her notes had been prepared by Babbage from three to seven years earlier. The exception was prepared by Babbage for her, although she did detect a "bug" in it. Not only is there no evidence that Ada ever prepared a program for the Analytical Engine, but her correspondence with Babbage shows that she did not have the knowledge to do so"

Babbage was the first "programmer", but in modern terms of programming for an actual computer the first programmer would be konrad zuse, the national socialist, who also invented the computer as we know it: >>107616157
