I've owned three different Pyle desktop amps that all have similar problems. All of them blast static when the volume knob is moved near the low end. Two of them have dead or partially dead right channels. Two of them have the grounding jackets pulled off the RCA connectors. All of them have the RCA connectors too close together for the backshells on a lot of RCA cables. Needless to say I'm done with Pyle. I really like their designs but their quality is shit. What's the poorfag upgrade from Pyle that doesn't completely suck?I want:>smol (under 3.5" tall)>RCA inputs>banana jack outputs>6.5mm headphone jack>volume knobThat's it. No Bluetooth or USB any other modern bullshit.
>>107855830Depends on your power needs. The Aiyima A07 is a budget classic. Get the bare Amp and buy a high quality 48V PSU with at least 5A like Mean Well.
>>107858199im gonna get a shirt that says TOP UNC
>>107855830>>6.5mm headphone jackForget about that. It's just a resistor tacked onto the rest of the Amp. It's cheap and shit.

>>107858152>i want buttons to press>buttons spark joyThere's USB DACs like that. Production and pro gear in general is knobby, monitors too, just don't fall for the prosumer shit that takes style over function to appeal to normies.

Anyone who tolerates a double clicking mouse is a cuck. Those companies are intentionally putting shit switches on those mice when they don't have to, and you keep buying them.

The g703, and it isn't even close. Ambidextrous mice are gay. It is shaped for the correct hand, it is lightweight, it has a good sensor, it has a good battery life, and despite it being high quality it is inexpensive.

How come American companies can't innovate like this? We can't even afford ram because of Trump meanwhile their ram is 2/3rds cheaper than what prices were in America before tarrifs.

so after almost half a decade of generative AI. investing billions in it. we got:- expensive hardware- content farms getting the steam engine and automating slop videos on youtube and social media- soulless "art" that no one cares about- boomercide of fake AI content on facebook- more bot farms on twitter- codemonkey peasants getting the tractor so they can produce even worse code.- scam AI startups that rugpull and shut down after 2 monthsnot a single penny of profit generatednot a single usecase
>>107858034I'm spooked that the ai will skew results in favour of certain things from advertiser's or for it's parent company. Like you search best budget phone and it recommends a Google phone and gives you loads of misinformation about how in the long run you'll save money. Or a company pays Google for ads so you ask x and it gives you information biased towards that company. It's already censored to shit so there is nothing stopping them from doing this all the information will be misinformation.
>>107858050Yeah, they already do that with normal results, so they’re definitely going to do it with AI. It’ll work incredibly well on people who think AI is some infallible genius computer brain, because it’s telling me X brand is fantastic and the best brand, and everybody recommends it. Not only that but it is also fallible to astroturfing and the same kind of SEO we already have, since it uses Google’s index to figure out what sites to link to. So it’s like twice the poz

It's a better version of google search, which is something. You can also use this better google to tell customers to google it instead of using a customer service rep in a minority of cases.Obviously this is nowhere near what was sold when $420 gorillion were invested, but there is at least some value there.

>>107855336Run a scan with any antivirus for peace of mind. The problem with exploits is that no antivirus is going to discover them, it's just not possible to scan 10 GB movies for a possible frame that would cause your video player to start executing arbitrary code.Your defence in this case is to run most applications in a sandbox so the damage is contained when it happens.

>>107856384it's a rolling release distro with so few maintainers that it's basically slower-updating than something like Fedora. also it's unironically run by trannies nowadays and on several occasions packages have been rejected due to "ideological" reasons.it's ridiculously light and I find it interesting distro to fuck around in (the musl version is very solid), it's probably my favorite non-systemd distro out there, but at the end of the day I don't see it lasting too much longer.
If you want to suck tranny cock use chimera linux instead.
