Actually If you look at the source code you can see it's mostly .css and some .js files.
I downloaded the theme file, it's just a 7z with 2 folders with css and js files. I copied the contents of the "Firefox Folder" to /lib/firefox-esr and copied the contents of the "Profile Folder" to ~/.mozilla/firefox/*.default-esr
After restart firefox theme works somewhat, it doesn't look as good as the pictures and it's buggy as hell, for example the url bar jumps when you click on it.

According to this readme, firefox needs a patch to enable "native controls", I'm not sure what that is, I assume it's the windows equivalent of client side decorations, however enabling client side decorations makes this theme more buggy.
So as it stands, this theme is unusable for linux.

If you would have the genre tagged within the file itself, you could search for genre in the player directly.
Winamp for example or any other player has the ability to let you search these metadatas.
You could even search for music labels, producers or other criteras such as release years and so on. If you have tagged the files correctly.

I use Mp3Tag. It's for Windows and recently also available for Mac computers. A very complex but powerful tool to tag Music. It can sync with music databases online and fill the tagging fields automatically, or you can do this by hand if you wish.
There are also a plenty of other programs that can do the same.

It is highly depending on your specific usecase and if you want to access said files from different devices in your household.
If that's the case, a local server (NAS) is the way to go. If you are basically a single household and watch your stuff on a computer with no other devices, i would go for a huge external mechanical HDD.

You can turn on and off every single HDD independently from the others and it's connected via USB (No RAID in this tower).
It can hold up to 10 SATA HDD's.
The buttons are on the front so it's comfy to reach also if you place the tower on your desk.
Even if you have a several devices you watch your content on, you can usually also add a drive via USB to your router and set the routers firmware to use this USB drive as a NAS or even as an FTP/SFTP server for out and incoming connections.
That's what i have done. I have a 2TB HDD in a USB docking station functioning as a NAS server for me and my wife and i have a several friends of mine i share TV-Series with that have an account and read rights in certain folders.
I'm using a FritzBox router of the brand AVM. But i think other router brands support such functions as well.
