https://github.com/JetBrains/amper/blob/release/0.7/docs/FAQ.md#why-dont-you-use-kotlin-for-ampers-configuration-files
They might use a Kotlin DSL. Personally I would like to see something like Rust where everything is a .toml (or whatever markup language) with build.rs as a fallback. The use case for Amper is tutorials and the 90% of projects that don't need to do anything unique, not to replace all of Gradle's complexities.

>what's the point of android anymore?!
Yeah, that's exactly what I've been asking myself as well. What's the point if you can on longer freely install software and everything has to go through Goolag anyway? At this point the platform is no longer open. Why shouldn't I buy an iPhone at this point? I'm in the EU so they have to allow alternate app stores even on iPhone, does this post-castration Android really offer me any more freedom than that? I'll have to do my research on this shit but it's looking like the answer might be that it doesn't.

Everyone is a liar: No one on Earth is a virgin

If 50% of my genes come from my dad, and 50% of my genes come from my mom, and my mom got impregnated by my dad to then have my mom give birth to me, then that means that 100% of my genes have had sex at least once before. And therefore, no one on Earth is a virgin.

My name is Vitalii Skikun and I am accepting interviews for salesman positions.

Loras are basically required for image gen so the frontends make them a major component and easy to add/set. Less important for giant text models that can't be so easily changed and so are basically an afterthought. It means messing with adding it to the scary command-line arguments instead of a file selection field on a web intefrace.

mahfucker, how many 12 year olds were married off to secure inheritance, solidify blood bonds, or a million other convenient reasons in motherfucking 17th century england (a 1000 years afterwards). catholic church had the age of consent as low as 12 for girls and 14 for boys, and people didn't even abide by these "regulations". don't project your 21st century values onto people 1400 years ago and expect it to pass for an argument. i could do this all day.

I used to be like that a lot, still just do random things all the time, but it's unhealthy so I toned it back. We need structure. It's healthier to have a routine, to sleep and wake up at set times.
Last week I just went walking with my son after a visit to the doctor with nothing in mind and we discovered a nice place with a hidden garden and a kids corner. I don't know why but walking makes communication easier too. I take him to school through different routes to make it interesting.
Sometimes I skip the gym and just walk alone for an hour or two discovering places all over the city, listening to music.
But doing stuff at night or after midnight, no more for me. I used to lose sleep all the time doing errands for my restless insomniac brain and it would spiral into desyncing with a healthy routine, apathy, depression.

The fact that your CPU is requesting updates from the mouse 8000 times/second... The USB bus doesn't interrupt the CPU to get higher priority. That's why it's called a polling rate. PS/2 mice and keyboards do send interrupts, making their latency lower than optical mice in almost every case.

Why did Japanese consoles have weird architectures?
1 reply omitted. Click here to view.
>>
>>106507311
The GameCube used a PowerPC CPU from IBM.
>>
>>106507311
It's all about consumer preference despite what vgh sovl retards will tell you, sometimes american preferences, sometimes japanese domestic
gamecube for example is an example of catering to people who have friends and wanna carry it to their house to play with them, the average japanese bug had friends 25 years ago, tough to believe
>>
>>106507311
They weren't 'weird' at the time. X86 didn't make it into mainstream consoles until the Xbox. Earlier stuff (in Japan and everywhere else) used a mix of various RISC architectures.
>>
>>106507311
Bad example, this was the generation when they started to use already existing architectures.
The N64, the Saturn, the SuperNES, the NES, the Master System, had weird architectures.
>>
>>106507311
Cost/benefit.
The dreamcast was the absolute undisputed king of "cost benefit with off the shelf components".
The PowerVR2 chip was an absolute beast at dealing with cheap shit RAM and delivering great performance due it's tile cache.
The SH4 was a CPU that had a pretty strong floating point unit made for "multimedia", that also happened to be great at T&L math, and both were cheap as dirt.

It's not necessarily failure depending on the context.
What would you rather say, HS grad or Harvard dropout?(as a more extreme case)
Especially where it leads to questions of why you dropped out and the answer is something like
>I had an amazing opportunity to join <something impressive, startup, whatever> and decided it was the best path for me
Especially if it was the best path.
It really depends on the specifics.

Even mildly successful women doing that are making millions.
People have posted the break down and usually like 50% of the revenue is from 'messages' where they just unironically pay an Indian person to larp as them while guys pay per message thinking they're chatting with the girl.
The money vs work, ie hourly rate is probably one of the highest available options I'd imagine.

There's a few around but everything is soldiered down/glued together, picrel is the closest thing to a modern netbook (and has really great battery life). Shame it only has 32 GB of storage and is built like shit.

I have one of these little guys and it's easily my favorite computer. Right now I have NetBSD running on it (I wanted OpenBSD but the wi-fi driver is GPL'd and nobody cares 15 years later) but before I was running Void Linux.
The main issue I have with it is that I can't post here! Fucking Cloudflare's fucking stupid proof of work turnstile shits itself on anything below, like, 1.5 ghz. (I know because I've had this problem with Arm SBCs too.) Still runs a compiler and Emacs fine though, and you can even watch Youtube with yt-dl and mpv.
