I have RX 9070 XT and I have this issue but it's very rare, so I never even bothered looking it up because I can fix it by turning one of my screens off and on.

Just tried connecting the micro SD to the computer via an adaptor and there was no issues. The phone still cannot load up even without the SD, something which I though was the problem because it was present for both the old and new phone.
