It's over for optical media on PC, isn't it?
Buffalo promises to keep creating them for the American market, but it's only a matter of time.

So another worthless middleman bites the dust because chinese external drives built with the exact same drive and exact same bridge chips are half the price.
>>
>>108498320
Chinese external drives can wildly vary in quality.
Besides, Chinese drives mostly use Panasonic and Pioneer drives, and those cannot be used to dump PS3/4 games.
https://rpcs3.net/quickstart
I've seen a review of someone getting a 2013 Panasonic drive on their external Blu-ray drive.
The only mentions to the LG BP71n I can find are from this very year.

bro, WHEN are we going to get news on x3d am4 cpus.........................? they already said they are going to do something, we don't know what that is, but it will happen, and those things take time
50% they restarted 5800x3d production, 50% they will make an even better cpu than the 5800x3d
at this point I'd say it's very unlikely that they will go for the second option because we would already have seen leaks of new cpus if they were to exist, but 5800x3d re-producting wont trigger any leaks
but yeah, someone needs to say something, last communication was in january

Why is this even an idea? What we need right now is not ultra high-speed RAM, but instead cheaper and bigger capacity modules.

>you would complain about the price
After we hang all these taiwanese fucks the prices will go back to normal. Matter of fact we should be drone killing everyone connected to these retarded price hikes.

But my point is the capacity per space used, and stacking makes the most sense. The tech is headed that way anyways. sram cells just cannot shrink any more without inducing serious problems from refresh requirements. The capacitor cells get too small and they cant hold any fuckin charge. Its why dram is still mostly on 10nm. Even though they've started using UEV the processes are still 10nm class device size same as 12 years ago.

So stack the bastards up. Just do it.

Don't you think all that downscaling you see with OpenAI is a good sign like stopping Sora and not going though with the 40% Ram deal?

Fucking lmao, are all /spg/ threads like this? Anyway, I've got a S20FE right now and I'm want to upgrade. I was looking at the S24FE and S25FE but both have Exynos chips and I heard those aren't as good as Snapdragon ones. I looked at the S23FE but it doesn't feel worth it spending ~$200 on such a small upgrade, so now I'm looking at either the regular versions of the phones or straight up switching to Pixel or iPhone. I'm in the USA so no chinkphone for me. Thanks in advance
