uBlock Origin:
developer.chrome.com##+js(trusted-set-cookie, devsite-appearance-cookie, device)

This will require you to add "user-" to your trusted prefixes in the advances settings.
AdGuard:
developer.chrome.com#%#//scriptlet('trusted-set-cookie', 'devsite-appearance-cookie', 'device')

AdGuard always trusts user filters.
This for some reason defaults to light instead of device and is a session cookie so it's wiped every time. fuck you too google. by the way google is the one who came up with the prefers-color-scheme CSS media queries and they refuse to use them anywhere except YouTube.

The most puzzling thing about MV3-based content blockers is this line in the Chrome docs:
>Note: As of Manifest V3, the "webRequestBlocking" permission is no longer available for most extensions. Consider "declarativeNetRequest", which enables use the declarativeNetRequest API. Aside from "webRequestBlocking", the webRequest API is unchanged and available for normal use. Policy installed extensions can continue to use "webRequestBlocking".
https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/api/webRequest
Why are MV3 blockers missing so much functionality then? Can't they just use dNR to block and wR for literally everything else? Both uBlock and AdGuard docs refer to limitations in the dNR API for various things that are not blocking, but these operations that are not blocking can just be done in wR it would seem.

Damn. And these data centres are an extremely raw deal for local. At least if Amazon comes in they'll hire a thousand. These data centres won't. They'll ship in a dozen Indians and run it with a skeleton crew.

And the locals we be subsiding them and their utility bill will go up hundreds of dollars. Utility bills go up 2x, sometimes 3x

If you got one of these data centres your local government fucked you over big time. Low ping with ChatGPT is all you get lmao. What happened with GPUs and RAM price will happen to your electric and water bill. And if you have a well it'll get run dry

why are so many programming "help" groups like this? like, somebody will specifically opt into helping people, and then get frustrated when they dont do exactly what they expect. it constantly feels like im testing everyone's patience whenever i ask for help and its even harder trying to just learn everything myself, especially considering all the weird semantic differences in both the language itself and guides.

like i can imagine a full script in my head but i wouldnt know how to translate it into the language im currently using. and on the offchance that i *do* get the help needed, usually its just "oh just use the blah function", so its not like i just Dont Know How To Code or anything i just dont know the shit thats specific to the engine, and its not like i can just look it up in a glossary or something because the words can be totally different from language to language, like how "object" in one language can be "entity" in another, and object in *that* language refers to an object in an array or something, so theres just a huge language gap that i cant really cross without the help of others, which sucks because working with others sucks

Yes, i see how you're doing it.
Don't know the Strawberry player but looks nice.
I'm sure you can add genre and year also to be shown in the player's metadata list, but you already have it in the album folders name as it seems.

Folderstructure wise, i have it very similar. The only difference is that i have not only the albums but also compilations demos, singles in the same artist folder lumpsummed without having separate subfolders for albums, singles and such.
Since i have the tags filled in, the player can sort them this way.

My curiosity persisted so I made another go and successfully got AntiX installed/configured to reasonably close to my own Debian setup (base +Standard System Utilities + xorg/Openbox).

I used the AntiX Core iso which is the closest thing to Debian netinist in that it's no X, WM, DE, but does have an essential install that includes WiFi to build from. There are obviously differences of package inclusion/exclusion, but I don't know what they all are, only ones that are readily nooticable on the surface. A very few examples is that the Openbox package doesn't include ObConf, htop is included, I tried to install mc but it was already there, ufw was already in it,

I mentioned the "arcane feeling UNIXy toolkit" (my description) that it has during installation, antiX-cli-cc I think was the command to get to it. That's how I got WiFi set up before getting started installing, and it's a very nice and interesting aspect of the total experience.

xinput set-prop <device number> "libinput Tapping Enabled" 1 didn't work until I discovered antiX assigns a different number to my touch pad. The struggle with that was one of the reasons I noped on the first install attempt, just figured I didn't want to go to the trouble of solving it, but did the work on this one and it's TAPPIN'.

It boots to Openbox at a little over 300 meg of RAM use.

I have some doubts I'll stay in it for long, it's just not as tight of a ship, but at least for now I get to enjoy being proudly anti-fascist magical anitcapitalista systemd resistance revolutionary n sheeeeeeeeeiiittt.

KEK
just discovered it doesn't have scrot pre-installed.
>>
>>107670251
Whatever here's the shot.
>>
>>107670342
OK, figured I'd try antiX-cli-cc on an already installed system, and sure enough, here it is. But, it's a little bit visually different than the pre-installation, as that one is a vertical list.

"LTS kernel" is a matter of opinion, usually it means one of those older non-EOL-branches, the even numbers. Some distro calls 6.12 LTS and some call it 6.6, some could even 6.1.
>Is it about features?
It's specifically NOT about features, it's about bugfixes. You know like USB4 support came in 6.18 (or 6.17, can't remember) so most people here could just do 6.12.
