just bid on shit on ebay until you get a win. dont let bid snipers annoy you, find out what it sells for, drop a price in the lower range of its sale price and see if you get to be a statistical anomaly or not. pic rel after 3 days and getting bid sniped probably 50 times

depends what you mean, but most ops are profiled to select the best kernel for the specific problem size, i plan to add bucketing to the important ones, currently gemm/conv etc profile for either min or max of the dynamic shape, profiling for a range in between the min and max will be better
the new kernels i've added recently have all been benchmarked against pytorch, and i'll benchmark the models themselves when they're added, probably make a page on the docs for it or something

Not that guy but I just checked my other Steam account - I do have San Andreas on it and it's 100000% not Unreal version. It's the ancient one. Defaulted to 800x600 and everything.
It worked first try too. I think there was something wrong with the cut scenes, but that computer is missing a part of setup required for Proton to work correctly so it could also just be that.

>installed Steam through Flatpak
Fell at the first hurdle. Valve does not support the Steam Flatpak.
Also checked protondb, platinum rating, saw this comment:
>Never ever install flatpak version of Steam to play at least on an Arch based distro, it will cause the game to crash after the first splash screen with the title, the logos and the art. Installing the right Steam version for your distro should fix that and maybe other issues.

You might be quite right about that, if you're just appending the request and there's no memory in the conversation, it might just react to that. I'll need to test it in flowith or something (flowith doesn't seem to have meta-filters in top of the model's one, at least).

Cherry is just garbage. If it were any other brand, none of you would tolerate the inconsistent and pingy springs, the trash lubing, the horrible stem rattle, or some of the switches getting their stems broken off with certain keycaps. Just accept it, Cherry is hilariously bad and only hipsters suck up to their poorly built switches.

it's a manufacturing fault, not something that just happens with age. like only fault discs rot, not all discs. anon's post is bait at worse and uninformed at best. i've used discs all my life and haven't seen a laser rotted disc before, only head of it (mainly in the form of early laserdiscs, since they were among the earliest consumer disc formats so it's only natural they have the least refined manufacturing processes)

It's probably another point of failure on a machine that's relatively hard to service, but that CRT looks really nice and convenient. I was gonna buy one for like $10, but some faggot beat me to it.

I was particularly interested in that model since it has an entry on the CRT database.

DVD is superior in lots of ways you might not have considered!

How many times have you heard someone drop a HDD? DOH! It can ruin your drive!

DVDs can be used to play frisbee with your dog and still be perfectly readable! How cool is that!

Why is rechargeable battery advice always so inconsistent?

>let your battery discharge every now and then
>never let your battery hit 0%, always keep some charge in it
>but don't charge it to full constantly
>don't charge it frequently
>don't let it go too long without being on a charger

Probably because different battery chemistries and types are prone to different kinds of issues and require different "care" procedures. If you're talking about Li shit you find in modern devices, those batteries are the "happiest" (as in the degradation rate is slowest) around 50% charge. This means it's "best" for the battery to avoid both full discharges and full charges as well, for example using it between 20% and 80%, or 30% and 70% and so on. You can probably tell that this comes with the major downside of getting less battery time from the devices, if you're effectively not using part of the battery capacity, so it's not always practical.

Still you can at least avoid shit like keeping the battery at 100% all the time. This is probably one of the worst things you can do since it won't just degrade capacity but it's the thing which turns Li batteries into spicy pillows of toxic fire, which is the worst part about this chemistry. If you have a device which has a battery (like a laptop) but frequently runs from external power you will be very well served by setting a battery charge limit.

You're wrong.
>>107711643
Not really, it's just that prolonged sitting at high charge levels is bad like laptop on charger scenario.
Charging to 100% and then discharging to 50% is better than charging to 80% and discharging to 30%
>>107711424
This graph is all you need to know about batteries as end user. Depth of discharge has biggest impact on longevity.
I'm on year 7 with my shitty samsung a70 and original battery simply because at the end of the day I'm usually at 50-60% before recharging again over night.
