Thanks, it's a noob finetune so the vpred is what's causing those colors. What CFG did you use? I'll give that sampler combo a shot.
I think it's usefull to experiment and hit certain aesthetic milestones, then take a step back and consciously decide which direction I want to push things to develop your own style. The anime movie aesthetic is appealing, but I also recognize its limitations.

What's the issue with Rust?

So far It has nice modern features like a cleaner syntax, and their memory system seems better than C or C++.

Dunno why trannies is a computer science argument, since I don't care about rust developers fetiches.

You should shill your bloated kitchen sink nightmare language to C++ devs who will actually appreciate it. I don't get this obsession with trying to foist rust on C enthusiasts when the only thing the two languages have in common is performance potential.
>>
>>107597846
Everybody who's not retarded knows that individually allocating nodes on the heap is slow as fuck. So the sane way to make any sort of linked list is using a vec or slab and indices, which works in any language
>>
>>107605698
Does Rust incentivize the use of MIT over copyleft licenses somehow?
>>
>>107601419
how about you check out veloren. it's so fucking bad even cube world was done before it. the game was garbage because of rust not in spite of it. the language drained his prototyping budget by being a total pain in the ass to do so.
the syntax is also horrendous. I'd like a better ml/haskell with an ecosystem and better types but rust is not any of that. the ecosystem is also unlike c/++ and requires you to willingly blind yourself to the fuckhuge dependency tree with mandatory SCA regardless of your threat profile. the laser focus on politics and constant false flagging / sockpuppeting by rustroons working hard to poison the well won't change any of this. once you've all acked yourself and the corporate funding dries up what's left is a stillborn language with all of the fundamental, unaddressed issues I've laid out above.
>>
>>107610752
it incentivizes rewrites of working software. it's stage two of the cancer after all the soidevs have been independently indoctrinated to believe in permissive open source, under the framework of corporations keeping open source open source whilst they were under ZIRP (and are now presently tightening the noose)
watching you people squirm as you try to reconcile that fact with your retarded egos will be fun

yeah, im able to get that code to work without sudo when i build it on the pi zero, and also when i build _only_ that code on x86_64 and scp it over to the pi zero. i must be doing something wrong in my actual code and i have no idea what.

i fucked around with it and now its working without sudo? bizarre and i dont really care to figure out why.

Barely at all. Like literally one line of machine instruction is my sum and total experience. If I was forced to keep doing that, abstracting it into a higher level language is the first thing I would be trying to do. And if I was forced to do THAT self-hosted from scratch I would definitely fail and go live under a stump in the woods instead.

since it said "port busy" i am assuming it's something something odd USB crap. I think I had it before, but not sure.
Since yours is ACM0 and not USB0, there is also some differene. Iirc ACM0 is pseudo serial, while USB0 is a "real" usb device and they probably do something different in the kernel. I just had no ACM0 device on my table or in reach atm.

Your program should immediately exit with an error without trying to do anything else.
>>
>>107609713
any time ive written something that takes a config, i write a default config file in the source that is read on program entry, then overwrite that in memory with whatever fields are present in the user config, if present. value errors should be dealt with here and exit the program, making it explicitely known that the value is invalid and why. its a very similar pattern to how things like configs for ssh work where there is some master config that mutates in memory after reading in additional configs and crashes when an invalid config option is encountered.

Well thats you just being retards I googled about the ring circuit since ive never heard it before and its some UK thing that doesnt really exist anywhere else
I've only ever seen radial or "hub and spoke" or whatever type circuit no matter what type of building or when it was built even some ancient houses built hundred years ago where the fuses are the type that break and you need to change it, would still have radial circuit design the whole ring circuit type really seems like a design flaw

>At your exponentially increasing costs over time?
Why would cost of natural gas increase exponentially USA has and absolute fuck ton of it and lot of still untapped fields, its also literally the cheapest most efficient natural resource there is to use when you can just pipe it directly to wherever
LNG is the one that doesnt make sense like if you dont have natural gas locally, liquefying it and transporting in special boats and then un-liquefying is energy-intensive and expensive process and downright retarded due to its complexity and cost. That has nothing to do with the ease and sensibility of using natural gas locally tho
In fact oil is a worse resource complexity wise than natural gas is but its easier to transport and use anywhere thats why its considered the best resource, but if you have natural gas locally everywhere you can pipe it its the best by far to use for heating, and its pretty good for electricity generation too
NG plant you basically need to just let it out of the ground, its so easy to take advantage of

Python, one of the very few modern & popular programming languages not owned by big tech, is now begging hard for money at python.org (picrel), Wikipedia style.

This comes after the PSF rejected an US government grant because the PSF can't stop shilling for DEI: https://developers.slashdot.org/story/25/10/28/211237/python-foundation-rejects-government-grant-over-dei-restrictions
The same PSF then reported a surge of new donators following the above rejection: https://developers.slashdot.org/story/25/11/09/2017240/python-foundation-donations-surge-after-rejecting-grant---but-sponsorships-still-needed
Yet, they are now begging for money, using a big, intrusive and cringe banner at python.org, kek.

This is what your donated money is used for: https://www.python.org/psf/grants
>Conferences (e.g. PyCon Italia)
>Event site subscriptions (Meetup.com) (e.g. London Django Meetup)
>Django Girls Workshops (e.g. Django Girls Busan Workshop)
>PyLadies Workshops (e.g. All Day PyLadies Workshop)

These faggots have a whole page dedicated to their DEI philosophy: https://www.python.org/community/diversity
Their Libera Chat #python IRC channel is filled to the brim with trannies (they/them and she/her pronouns set as their IRC name).

I love Python as a programming language and have been writing Python code since the early 2000s, but the people "managing" it are some of the most ultra mega globohomo tier; not surprising, Guido van Rossum used to work for Google and now works for Microsoft.

>Also, looking at where the 640k in grants go, its 40% to pycon, and 32% to travel.
It's absolutely retarded. Volunteers contributing code won't receive a cent (I have contributed minor code and patches to the standard library (Python code and C code for the ones running C extensions) and the CPython interpreter.
Meanwhile, bullshit like "pyladies", whose only purposes are to social engineer and launder money, get fucking grants.

Okay then.
Lets pretend these people are within and of themselves consequential. Lets pretend there isn't a literal queue of people that will just slot in and do what they do.
Lets pretend that if they are all getting thrown under the bus, then there isn't really going to be much of a support structure that's leaning on itself.

You think it's "better" to allow people exhibiting this type of behaviour to continue unabated? Just leave then in positions and places they can remain consequenceless to their actions?

False narrative. The Epstein operation has long ceased so children aren't getting fucked anymore because of Epstein or anybody else that set foot on that island. Most this would amount to is the aforementioned disaster plus nobody going to jail anyways because they aren't gonna jail themselves.

That's his thought process anyways. Reality is, if Trump could frame to trust/fear God enough to go after them, pretty sure God would spare us the consequences.

>Just leave then in positions and places they can remain consequenceless to their actions?
Either go scorched earth on everything God hates or go home. We have a country plagued with sodomy, witchcraft and infanticide. Bigger fish to try. Also he secured the borders and thus rescued many children from invader predators.
